  • Just look at the bright side. That's all.

  • Can jump to 15:58 for the 8 coping skills to practice that data supports as helping to increase positive emotion, which can help increase ability to handle stress. Excellent practical skills, as well as very interesting discussion of her research.

Highly recommend this video... and I have taken notes. Thanks!

  • Wish there were more presentors like Judith. Very clear, structured, and to the point. I greatly enjoyed this informative presentation.

  • great video.unfortunately i would have to agree w autumnenergy. it is critical that those in the accredited fields of standard accepted science dispose w the snobbery about what might actually work in practice not in theory alone w regard to positive affect derived from whatever various forms

it can be gathered ..i'm thinking of how long it took for homeopathic med to take hold. a lot of resistance to this kind of-forgive me-common sense data.

  • Craffte: Homeopathy is still not proven to be effective anymore than placebo effect.

  • god i really hate corny intros like this ..makes one not take the material seriously.

  • do you think this would be of assitance to Abrorignal populations ,? ,

  • she rocks !!!!

  • I think if someone subtitled this in english, other people could transtate this into other languages worldwide. The value of this is priceless

  • OK, Look for ways to do things, not reasons why it can't be done.

  • a caregiving presentation

  • I love this information. Though it is common "New Age" philosophy these days, I find it very hard to swallow the New Age "PollyAnna" view of stressful situations. Especially because most New Agers speak outside the scope of their education, skills, and experience. Though I am a metaphysician myself, when this information is presented from a Post-Doctoral professor from UC it takes on a whole new meaning for me. Great video.

  • I found this straight talk video presentation to be very useful with hands on techniques , allowing us to have skills to increase happiness. It is a bit lengthy, but you too may find it well worth your time. You may want to book mark this seminar,to come back to it as a tool to assist others as well as yourself.

  • This is pretty good :D
