what mods do you have like head work and cams?

It is a 1.8 16v with a decked head (~11:1 C/R) 3 angle valve job, autotech cams, new lifters. Eurosport catless race header, Techtonics tuning 2.25" SS exhaust.

That sounds really smooth but aggressive at the same time! What carbs are you running dude? Thinking about carbing my ABF Mk2 soon.
