@Skaarjguy A "switch" lever, control point, etc.. some assault maps you need to hold a control for a few seconds to complete it, but if you can't shield yourself it's impossible to get to some places.
they over didi it on the flak wheres the old look wheres the old sound and bloody piecesof flesh being ripped off of you tho this is more powerful and is good in ut3 it would be good in the old unrealbut the old unreal guns still rule!
The UT3 flak DOES have the old flak sound. It's also better than the UT2k4 flak in that it totally gibs the enemy instead of just ripping their arm and leg off (mainly due to the way people are gibbed differently in both games).
And the guns don't have to look exactly the old ones. If they didn't change their looks, they'd have gotten old by now.
I am doing all the weapons, and in fact, I have the skeletal mesh, textures, and animations for ALL weapons. The only thing I don't have is the static meshes.
By the way, I'm going to do the AVRiL next, since neither the Shock Rifle nor the Link Gun models will rotate correctly on the player's HUD.

Oh, you want to see a gun that looks stupid? Look at the Bio Rifle. It looks god awful. In UT3 it received a well needed upgrade to its looks. I hated all incarnations of the Bio Rifle up until UT3. I am lethal with it in UT3.

My only problem with this mod is that there is no shield gun, it makes holding a switch impossible on some levels

i know i jjust like the old look better why take away the memorys of the old style but i know they are good just like the old style for some reason
