  • That was great, dad was in the same unit, he lost his leg on Dec 16th 1944, at the Battel of the Bulge. Great Men all of them 

  • Nice tribute. My uncle was in the real deal---- 29th Infantry Division 115th Regiment, but Company A. He was a Sgt from Johnstown , PA and led his men deep inside German lines. He was severely wounded near St Laurant and spent many months in a British hospital , but survived to live a full life
