It was in the Anime Evolution 2009 AMV contest, but didn't make it in to SakuraCon. I guess it would have been shown in the all entries block on Sunday though.
Incredible, I was at SakuraCon this year and this was one of the most popular trailers there, the room filled up fast, this would make for an "Akira" level movie if it was real, well done.
