  • if this was motion tracked it would be so awesome

  • 0:55 I think shaky was an understatement

  • Nice video, someone needs to do this at burning man.

    Thanks for posting. :)

  • @wb6vuy Thanks! I was in the raffle for tickets along with my friends... not one of us got them:( would have been my first time and I just finished working out a much better balloon mount.. If i don't go I will make sure I pass it along to a friend who was lucky enough to get a ticket.

  • it looks like they are all on ACID!!

  • Where do you get such balloons, as well as the helium? Readily available? I got the fishing reel already. Hehe.

  • @BeeRich33 Toys R Us! Do it!!! hahah

  • @PointOfViewCameras Oh yer kidding me. Well done. Hello from cold Toronto (-13°C plus wind chill)!

  • @BeeRich33 yikes, stay warm my friend:)

  • @PointOfViewCameras OK, got two large balloons and the helium. However, your balloon is much better. ToysRUs didn't have any. Any ideas where I can get a weather balloon like yours?

  • @BeeRich33 Yes Party Bizarre, ask for the largest balloons they have. Weather balloons cost over a hundred bucks.

  • @PointOfViewCameras OK they are limited to BC. But the lead will help me chase up party places. I'm so close! Going to do this in the Spring. Thanks again!

  • you have a black gopro?

  • I wonder how many balloons you'd need to get a VIO POV up there.

  • @marcel911 haha.. one the size of a car:)

  • Sweet vid Zealand !

  • @loteq101 haha, thanks man:)

  • try the quadracopter

  • @atripunov I want too! Just figured this would be a cool way to get the camera up with out the potential of taking someone out. Plus it's illegal in Vancouver to fly a RC chopper in the city limits..

P.S. feeling that song, take me into your skin by Trentemøller.

  • This was the first time I succeeded in getting the GoPro in the air. I'm sure anyone one who puts some thought in it would be able to create a much more stable rig so the camera stays still. I'm going to give it another go in the city with a more stable way to secure the camera instead of duct tape:)

  • balloons!

  • Creative Idea!

  • Balloons..?
