Warp speed is 186,000 miles per second or faster (faster than speed of light) if this went warp speed it would have probably hit that car 10 times in a second :)
in theory, "warp" refers to the light-speed barrier.. as far as i know, the fastest thing ever built by man can reach mach 5 (3500mph - fives times the speed of sound)
the rocket sled reached at least mach 1 (700mph - the speed of sound), which is definitely pretty fucking fast.
Amazing how fast it went through the sound barrier. And yes, they mean Mach 1 :) probably a lil faster lol. Mach 1 and THEN some :)
