Grease was funny with EVERY syllable! How'weird was a so so radio announcer that should have stuck with letting us know about "sales coupons" at our local super market!

I've never personally been a big fan of dirty radio...mostly because once you get started doing it that's pretty much all you'll ever be able to do in the business again...but when nobody's looking I listen and laugh just a little bit ;-)

Howard Stern would love to have 1/10th the creativity of Uncle Greasy. Howard's main skill seems to be asking women to take their tops off on the radio over and over for four hours. This makes him "great" in the eyes of dweeby simpletons and the mentally ill. Greaseman actually comes up with hilarious bits all day long, with little or no show prep. He also sounds like someone who has actually read a book, a rarity in the world of entertainment.

If you've ever seen the bootleg music video called Heavy Metal Parking Lot (clips are shown in Metal: A Headbanger's Journey), there are a bunch of teenagers waiting in a Washington DC parking lot to see Judas Priest. In one shot, one of the partiers is clearly wearing a t-shirt that says Habba-da-ga-ga: The Greaseman on DC-101. LOL Classic! :D

He left FM radio and yeah lost a good 5 million listeners but, was responsible for the most part in having the 2 companies merge.

Before Howard Stern came to Sirius, they only 500,000 subscribers, but in the first year he came to Sirius added an additional 4 million and in his 3rd year, there are 12 million.
