yeahh.. work on that more.. First of all, flyleaf is known for their bassist.. so to cover them, u need a bassist.. U guys sped the beat up between lines in the verses.. and its "ready to smile and love life,' not 'and live life".. plus u gotta play the solo and not screw the drums up for it..

Usually if claps are added by the vocalist when it is not needed, they are not sure what to do, performing wise. They get nervous and depend on the audience to comfort them.

Not bad, especially with th elack of a drummer but you guys are all missing what Ive found probably one of THE most important points to a good band beyond skill and ability even.

Chemistry.

Without Chemistry and sync between the band members, to a slightly more trained ear you guys are all good but still in your own worlds doing your own thing and playing conveniently partially in sync. Just some advice for the future.

I agree that the bass plays a GIANT role in this song especially but I dont know about Guitar being optional, without the guitar youd have a pretty empty sound and nothing to really give you much of a climax except louder drums.

Lols. I was kinda just making the part up as I went. We didn't even know we were going to play this song until just before the performance. If we played it again now, it would undoubtably sound much better. I just didn't really have the time to think of a good drum part. I actually thought the double bass was pretty good for a spure of the moment thing, though.
