  • I love, Love, Love videos like this with month by month pics. You look amazing! And most importantly you are inspiring a lot of people.

  • Aww thank you. If I can help anyone get through this It's all worth it!! :D

  • You look great, but I have to ask did you work out during the weight loss because you have great arms and that is what I worry about is lose skin on my arms.

  • yes I have been working out since before my surgery. I did take 3 months off right after surgery but have been going 3-6 days a week ever since. I attribute my smaller arms to Pilates and bootcamp classes. :D Nicol

  • Too cute!!! Good luck finding a new workout goal to work towards - that's a smart way to stay motivated for sure :)

  • Thank you. I hope to find it too :D

  • "who you taking to?" I would have said "Santa Claus, and you just stuck your tongue out at him, hope you're happy"

  • LMAO you are funny.

  • nicole u look great! my fav pic is the one w/ you n shannon in your pants! LOL!

    Monika

  • Thank you that was a FUNNY time. I had the camera on TIMER so I had to run over jump in and try to get there all in 10 seconds. It was HIGH LARRY US!! There were a few BLEEPER ones we were CRACKING UP LAUGHING!!!

  • so we'll have to plan a trip so we both have something to look forward to : )

Maybe we can get boobs together and you can get us a california two for one deal. LOL.. hugs. Good to see you. love ya, Shannon

  • LMAO We'd have to get 4 for 2 deal or we'd only each get ONE boob done and we'd look a little lopsided!! LOL Miss you!!! Yes a trip would be FANTASTIC!!!!

  • Make that a three for one. Count me in. I'm ready to cash in these tube socks!

  • Wow! you look great. Thanks for the update.

  • THank you :D

  • Amazing and I aspire to be like you when I reach my goal. Have you worked out religiously throughout your process? I'm trying to do everything I can to reduce the amount of skin I have when I reach goal. Thanks for sharing! You are an inspiration!!!

  • Aww thank you. Yes I have been religiously working out I joined the gym Feb of 2008 took 3 months off after surgery and have been going ever since. Just part of my life now. I feel more guilty when I don't go than if say i have a little snack I am not supposed to have. It's weird. But I love it!! :D

  • You can do it Nicol! Thanks for the shout out. Looking great :)

  • You inspire me! And thank YOU!!

  • Size 2, are you kidding me? Wow, way to go, Nicol. You look so thin and healthy. I am so happy for you. You are so beautiful.

  • Aww Margo thank you. I miss you woman how have you been??

  • You look amazing! Wow! Size 2, that's great. Training for something sounds like a good idea. Are you finding that maintenance is harder than losing?

  • Honestly I didn't think it would be but YES it is harder for "ME" to maintain than it was to lose. After a while you start getting HUNGRY more and I can't say I have been 100% stuck to program. I snack which I am not supposed to. Easier to get off track. I fully believe if I wasn't still working out I'd be gaining. OYE!!

  • yay! you did it gorgeous girl! you look absolutely fantastic!

I know what you mean about needing goals..its hard once you reach the weight you want to know what to do with yourself after.

also..no one starts out as a good runner, it takes years of practice, but who cares if we're good runners or not...we are active people and thats TOTALLY AWESOME!!

    hugs,

    jane

  • Thank you Jane and Yes I guess you are right. I just worry about all the GIGGLY stuff. will I look like a big wave running? LOL

  • thats what compression garments are for.. i run with girdle sometimes to help out but you get over that pretty quickly.

    just have fun!

  • So great that you are updating again.. and I have already told my hubby I will need the mommy makeover when I lose my weight. You look great woman! :o)

    Sharee

  • Yes Mommy Make over is EXACTLY what I am looking forward to :D

  • You rock.

  • Thank you :D

  • Hi, glad to see you doing an update. I wanted to ask you what types of foods are you eating at 14 months out? I'm 7 months out and I have stuck to a plain meals consisting of beans. chicken and some fish. i just wanted to know what you can tollerate that you couldn't before.

  • I can eat red meat, chicken, pork, fish etc. I still stay away from sugar but I am able to eat fruit it doesn't affect me. The one thing I can eat now that I couldn't before is eggs. So I am glad cause I love them in Salads. I can't eat greasy foods but I also choose not to eat them. Not sure if that helps or not. :D Nicol
