You look great, but I have to ask did you work out during the weight loss because you have great arms and that is what I worry about is lose skin on my arms.
yes I have been working out since before my surgery. I did take 3 months off right after surgery but have been going 3-6 days a week ever since. I attribute my smaller arms to Pilates and bootcamp classes. :D Nicol
Thank you that was a FUNNY time. I had the camera on TIMER so I had to run over jump in and try to get there all in 10 seconds. It was HIGH LARRY US!! There were a few BLEEPER ones we were CRACKING UP LAUGHING!!!
LMAO We'd have to get 4 for 2 deal or we'd only each get ONE boob done and we'd look a little lopsided!! LOL Miss you!!! Yes a trip would be FANTASTIC!!!!
Amazing and I aspire to be like you when I reach my goal. Have you worked out religiously throughout your process? I'm trying to do everything I can to reduce the amount of skin I have when I reach goal. Thanks for sharing! You are an inspiration!!!
Aww thank you. Yes I have been religiously working out I joined the gym Feb of 2008 took 3 months off after surgery and have been going ever since. Just part of my life now. I feel more guilty when I don't go than if say i have a little snack I am not supposed to have. It's weird. But I love it!! :D
Honestly I didn't think it would be but YES it is harder for "ME" to maintain than it was to lose. After a while you start getting HUNGRY more and I can't say I have been 100% stuck to program. I snack which I am not supposed to. Easier to get off track. I fully believe if I wasn't still working out I'd be gaining. OYE!!
yay! you did it gorgeous girl! you look absolutely fantastic!
I know what you mean about needing goals..its hard once you reach the weight you want to know what to do with yourself after.
also..no one starts out as a good runner, it takes years of practice, but who cares if we're good runners or not...we are active people and thats TOTALLY AWESOME!!
So great that you are updating again.. and I have already told my hubby I will need the mommy makeover when I lose my weight. You look great woman! :o)
Hi, glad to see you doing an update. I wanted to ask you what types of foods are you eating at 14 months out? I'm 7 months out and I have stuck to a plain meals consisting of beans. chicken and some fish. i just wanted to know what you can tollerate that you couldn't before.
I can eat red meat, chicken, pork, fish etc. I still stay away from sugar but I am able to eat fruit it doesn't affect me. The one thing I can eat now that I couldn't before is eggs. So I am glad cause I love them in Salads. I can't eat greasy foods but I also choose not to eat them. Not sure if that helps or not. :D Nicol
I love, Love, Love videos like this with month by month pics. You look amazing! And most importantly you are inspiring a lot of people.

You look amazing! Wow! Size 2, that's great. Training for something sounds like a good idea. Are you finding that maintenance is harder than losing?
