I just got robbed by Paypal today! This DEADBEAT loser (ebay name stkwireless) bought not one but TWO 32" flatscreen televisions from me. AFTER I shipped them out he emails me saying, "I ordered the wrong model...sorry about that! I'm just going to refuse the delivery." I told him sorry, but I do not accept returns, as stated in my eBay ad. That motherfucker refused the packages so I was charged not only for the original shipping but the return shipping as well! $154 and Paypal backed him!
when setting up your bank account, make sure your not using the same computer to login with the same account that has been limited or your new account will be limited aswell, what you need to do is open an ebay stealth account google aspkin ebay stealth guide, its really helpfull also theres a forum full of guys in same situation as you who likes to help

If you had no problem with PayPal before, then it may have been that you did something wrong or that you have a suspicious transaction on your account. Did you check on that? And did you call paypal or did anything to have it resolved? If it's not your fault and if PayPal lied about it, then PayPal is breaking the law of the United States and can end up in jail for it.

Pay Pal fronts for many on-line "e-book" scams...never link ANY credit card to them...they charge your card even when you don't buy anything...I have no bank account nor crredit card, but tried to use a AMEX gift card. Even though they wouldn't accept it, they CHARGED it any time I tried to purchase something independently. StillPaypal will not refund my $11.00 balance nor close my account as requested by me. Never use them...close PayPal down!
Paypal is total crap I found this out when My Girlfriend who lives in Malaysia tried to send me money to the UK and they locked my account for no reason whats so ever said I was high risk what ever that means... I send an email stating the in and outs of my situation and they said we will unlock your account in 72 hours but 3 months later account still locked
