I just used the video to do a 2nd neti pot nasal cleansing today. The first time I had some green mucus and I had lots of trouble. The 2nd time I watched this video and then directly performed the neti pot cleansing. I found out the tip of my nose wasn't far enough down and the cleansing went better. Now I can garden instead of staying indoors because of the high pollen count. Thank you healthandyoga.
Just want you to know that I love your neti pot. I use celtic sea salt that I grind myself and it works like a charm. Your neti pot is the best because it's stainless steel and hold 2 cups easily so that you can do both nostrils without having to refill. Cheers.
This dude knows what he doing do you see the way he twists the tip in to make sure its in then repositions the pot for maximum flow what a pro!!! hes my neti hero!
I ordered the one shown thru healthandyoga. very nice product and it helped alot with the latest round of whatever cold or flu it was that was got. So, thanks healthandyoga!
I love the Neti Pot. I ordered one of the original pots three or four years ago (it's at work now) and recently ordered two of the new pots, which I must say, have superior flow.
At least every morning the Neti Pot is part of my morning rituals. I admit I use 1/4 tspn of baking soda and 3/4 tspn of Morton canning salt, which will horrify the saline purists, but I have had no hayfever, colds or flu since starting using the Neti Pot and this combination, with 98 degree F, filtered water.

I just used this and it scolded the inside of my nose and face. The metal was hot so when it touched my nostril it caused my head, and the pot, to jerk backwards, causing boiling hot water to splash all over my face and in my nose. Thanks Neti Pot, you cured my cold, only now I have medical bills for burns to the face.
This is the same video that was included on there web site. It really is that easy to use. The only issue that I had was to know when 1/2 was gone so that I could go to the next side. I normally use one pot per side.
@tcoffey1227 I usually count to 45 for each side. If the neti pot is filled to the neck then halfway should be to a count of 45 to 50 depending on how fast you count.
Why is this video age-restricted by Youtube? I guess video ho's are okaoy but neti pot demonstration isn't. Get your act together Youtube.

make sure to use boiled tap water or distilled; people have been dying from Amoebas found in tap water :(

Make sure the salt is completely mixed with the water, or the last bit of water in the pot will be very salty.

AppleHero, did you actually think pouring BOILING water into your nose wouldn't burn you? The video and all NetiPot advice say's "BODY TEMPERATURE"
So the burns to your face arn't thanks to NetiPot, they are thanks to your own dumb ass!
You must have been one of the smart kids in school!
