@BradSpead7 The Empire State building has been using LEDs on their floodlights for a couple of years. For a while it was rapidly flashing different colors as they were being tested.
@BradSpead7 if you want a led that does that you can get a 7 color 5mm 3 leg led you can select any color combination or select the mode of all color cycle just look up the video how to wire a 7 color led
If it's RGB, it;s not full spectrum. It is faking the yellows and cyans in your eyes.

can you make a video on how to wire it up por favor
mjp4xx 10 months ago
@mjp4xx its just a normal led, with a chip inside it, so you just need to wire it up as you would do with a ordinary led

how do you control this? Is there any way to hook it up to a knob to change the color as it turns?

Look for rainbow color flashing 7color leds, I got a 100 with 12 v resistors off the bay.

My guess would be that this is a RGB LED?? with 4 prongs??
How bout the circuitry?? coz i've seen a few samples of RGB LEDs that change their colors quite drastically and not as smooth as this one.
