  • Is it really worth cutting all the gluten out? Has it been life changing for you to cut the gluten out? I have had several test that confirmed I was very gluten intolerant, but I can't seem to get into my head that I have got to stop eating gluten to fully recover. I smoke because sometimes smoking helps my anxiety but I think smoking combined with gluten intolerance are causing my anxiety to be so bad and making me feel so bad.

  • I eat organic meats only, mainly cow. It seems all beans and most nuts and grains also are not digested along with of course dairy which is the worst. I also ceased all sugar and that has been great.

I encourage you to keep up on the additive free, and research all products. Even canned food is dangerous as toxins are leached.

Also, look into raw honey and take it daily as it is a medicine for many diseases, including insomnia. It will prolong your life, is a strong antibacterial and is tasty.

  • Hey, I was wondering, is there any special diet or medication tha tpeople can take to control Asperger's? I'm talking particularly about the agression?

  • @bugstrut

Hi. "control Aspergers" I think I understand what you want to say, but you end up being a little offensive without intending to.

Aspergers syndrome is an intricate part of who I am, and im very happy being who I am. There is no way to seperate me from my aspergers syndrome, So naturally there is no way to "control" my aspergers syndrome.

If your having aggression Issues, then look at what is causing the aggression, there will be situtations, lack of preperation, stress, etc.

  • you are a wice man, like i am ;D hehe. But i am a lady:) I want to test that diet you are talking about.. but what are we supose to eat..? can you tell me.. it seems like ewery thing is forbidden.. milk, flower(wheat) , soy, and ewerything...

  • well there are substitutes for just about everything.

go to your local healthfood store and discover them. Soy is fine if you limit the intake.

Its just milk and gluten(gluten is in most grains, not just wheat). I also try to minimize sugar intake.

  • And you are a low life 29 year old man. You are stuck in your ways and will never change actually. Keep on being a labelist. It's people like you that are destroying the earth with your breeding you know that? How many kids do you have already, the stupids tend to multiply.

  • Im certain your mother is already proud of you.

  • I am pretty positive that you believe drinking fluoridated tap water is excellent on the mental health. You know, since the dentists tell us drinking fluoride is ok. Well, up untill recently when it has been associated with infanticide.

  • Heya Norge?

  • hi i'm a mother of a recently diagnosed autistic child. If the allergy for wheat and dairy are not found in my son what else can i do. im lost i want to help him as much as possible and more. he diagnoses is mild to moderate, receptive language disorder, global development delay

  • You can love him for who he is. You can know that he is your son and loves you right back. You can always remember that he is right there. Its him you see, not autism. What would you want to do? What would he want you to do? Try contacting your national autism association, they can help you. and please always respect him and other autistic people by NOT supporting autism speaks. Thank you.

  • @serene528 How would you know if he didn't have an allergy if you don't even try the diet. Of course doctors are not going to tell you the truth, if they did the doctors would be out of business and taking away business from the dairy and wheat industry. Doctors work with pills and sickness. They don't work with healthy people.

  • Enough with the conspiracy theories.

Testing will show intolerance or allergy. Its alot easier than trying to judge the effect of a diet.

  • Obviously you don't know how to think for yourself. This branches out into other medical fields, especially the field of dentistry. Diet and dental health are related as well and America has some of the worst dental health in the entire world. So no, It is NOT a conspiracy I actually use my brain instead of relying on others like yourself!

  • I followed a diet consisting of white meats (LOTS of), green vegetables(steamed), olive/fish oil & gluten-free grains(buckwheat, quinoa, etc. - SPARINGLY, i.e. not every day, and only ever early in the day)& no carbs after around 5 p.m., and almost COMPLETELY symptom-free after a year or so. Exercise, esp. weight-training & yoga(focus on correct breathing), really improved things for me too - poss. increased oxygen intake rebalancing candidia? It's like being a brand-new person. Amazing really.

  • I am GFCF by choice, it's one of the best lifestyle choices I've made, and nothings changed.

I drink goats milk, and eat gluten/soy/milk/corn etc free bread. Where there is a will, there is a way.

  • hey, check out my other two vids and look at the ones comming up. feel free to message me with any specific questions you may have, and ill answer in the next video.

so far its going pretty good, im just settling in.

  • as ill be talking about in me next video, ur point is spot on. im not sure about dairy. since i do feel a difference when eating gluten, im not sure how much the dairy influences me. ill just go ahead now and then add dairy in again later for a test run. the FILK (FakeMilk) is the easiest type of grocery for me to get anyway.

  • It is a huge undertaking, but at least here in the USA, GFCF foods are becoming easier to find. One caution, as you begin all this, is that it will be impossible to distinguish what is causing any effect. I am not trying to discourage you. It would be more "scientific" to start by eliminating one thing (as dairy)

  • Good luck to you! If you do find the energy to cook GFCF, you MUST see KimmyKrocker. watch?v=Pomqap642sU

This is that spam you asked for :)

  • already checked her out, shes great ;) but thnx!

i will be cooking, but not baking.
