@Mosquito1961 Nop, it's an Havaianas flip-flops rubber sole. I glued an 80 grit on it and I worke incredibly well because it hardsands with the heel area and smothsands with the toes area.
@Banane705 some shapers like me find it more personal to cut with a hand saw, you know how some shapers say that they're putting their soul into the shaping.
Was that a Dr scholls shoe insole ur sanding with F-ing brilliant !!!!!! Nice Bosch control also

why dont you cut the material with a jigsaw or
a vertical bandsaw?
