I have Magix 16 pro hd, but it took me forever to learn how to use it..it's soo much different from Sony Vegas or Vegas Movie Studio. But how do you render 720hd in Magix? I couldn't...idk it's confusing.
@AngelZpiritConqueror Hello, most importantly your footage needs to be 720p as well. After editing the video, select "File" -> "Export Movie" and choose a file format you like (e.g. AVI). Then, there will be presets for the different resolutions in the menu.
@Timebubbles Thanks, we are always open for new ideas regarding our software. However, the good thing in Movie Edit Pro is that you can delete the parts you cut out, but "resurrect" them by extending the movie clip in needed.
Is this for free? And, does it work on other computers than a mac? I'm not really a "Pro" at computers, but I'd love if my videos could be better quality.. Do you think I could use this?

@JuicyGlamour07 Hello, all you have to do is to "un-group" the video and the audio using the the button with the unlinked chain in the tool bar or the shortcut [Ctrl] + [M] alternatively. Then, you will be able to select and delete the original audio separately.

Im a musician. just acoustic guitar and singing. I want to record video and audio at the same time then add edit and add effects all in the same software program. Can This software do that? Does it have audio effects like Magix music maker? I have that software now but I cant record video using magix. I have to record video on a webcam then import into magix then line it up with the magix recorded audio. its a hassle. If your software can do all that then I will buy it. thanks
yes this software can do that. Of course you will need a camera with a microphone which records both together otherwise you will have to line them up seperately again. But this will be the same with any software. For best quality I would recommend recording audio seperately from audio with a microphone.
Movie Edit Pro also has many audio effects but of course not as many as a real audiosoftware.

does this lag with hd videos because programs that i have used before like sony vegas platinum 10 hd. cyberlink power director. sony vegas 10 ..<They all lag and it is very hard to edit videos when i need to edit urgently ..if anyone can help that would be great..
@glasgowkurek Hello, well how much it lags when editing HD material depends on your PC. HD material is very CPU intense. Recommended is a Quad core, a HD compatible graphiccard and at least 4 GB internal memory.
@glasgowkurek This would only help to a very little extent. But if your PC does not match the requirements the software will recommend to adjust the videomaterial. You can then edit without lags and export back into HD.

Ive been having troub;e exporting for the last few weeks, whenever I export there's no vide, just audio. And it used to be that if i lowered the quaility of the video to 704 X 480p but now even doing that it doesn't work. Can you guys help me?

Can this import MPG4/ .avi/ .MOV files?
Because I know Windows Movie Maker can't and having a high quality camera, I need an editing software that can upload MPG4 files.
