Can somebody please make the rules of this fight clear? I've seen in other videos where fists were not allowed but open palms were, or palms only to the head and fists to the body etc. Is it generally any fight where they arent wearing gloves, that they can only use open palms as a punch? You can tell Im no mma expert lol

The cool thing is, Bas has been a commentater for a long time and never had a negative thing to say about Frank. Now Frank has retired and does the same. There is a video on youtube here where Bas and Frank are both at a complimentary dinner at a hotel...they are both laughing and friendly towards each other....both good sports but we all know Frank is a cocky motherfucker but one thing I've never heard him say is anything about Bas!! This was Frank in his prime, he knows he cant fuck with Bas
