A 'hot start' can be caused by a tail wind or an obstruction. It can also occur when the airflow stalls. Definitely not because of 'to much voltage'.

I think it's when to much voltage comes from the ground generator.

What causes a "hot start?" Too much fuel flow? How does one prevent them?
