Um, no. That award would go to the Pebble and the Penguin. That was a terrible movie. Troll in Central park is not my favorite of his films, (Thumbelina is!) but at least Troll in central park has charm and is cute. Pebble and the Penguin was just shallow, boring and fail.

I can't believe I saw this as a kid but I have a few pointers in my opinion why that film got terrible reviews:

1. The tone of the movie and theme is just poor quality and the story is too obivious.

2. The villian song is like WTH and the song just killed an entire part of the movie.

3. I've just seen better

Well, the beginning episodes of Adventure Time were good, but it is still not good compared to the stuff from the old days. The only good American children show out there now, that I know of, is Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The themes in that show are incredible and it is considered the best creation of Lucasfilm since Return of the Jedi.

Had they not thought of doing Roger Rabbit and Mermaid and had they not treated him like crap, Don Bluth would've been one of the best Directors in the 90's. He would've had money, but nope. Disney sucked all of his glory out. Now Disney is still a good company (aside from Teen pop), it is also a Jackass. It's bound to happen.
