I think your getting much better but a quick suggestion. Try buying a gymnastics mat to help you with what your doing at 1:18. That way if you fall you wont be hurt and you wont be afraid to go all the way. If you cant buy a mat then use some thick blankets. Overall your a really good gymnast and I aplaud you for your improvement.

it's not like requirements. you need to have back flexibility like be able to do a perfect backbending and flexibility in your arms so they cath the leg on the righ place. but it's not requirements as i said. some friends of mine do gymnastics for 8 years have lots of back flexibility but they can't do it. i always did it since i started. i don't know if i helped. thanks
Does it getter easier to breathe or not in your vidoes you luk like u hold it for ages.
How ong did it take you to get intot he rhythmic gymanstics club and did they say ur not felxible enought or did they say go away and try and get more flexible then come back ??
it was not like that. i went to the gym and there were a class (and it's exacly for girls like us who want to start rhtyhmic gymnastics. i went in february and in october i was called to group competition. it really was not easy i train REALLY hard on summer every single day and i was accpeted.
i dont know if it gets easier. i still have so problems with that now. try do do the backbending and then try do breath dont panic, just be calm and try it again and again. it will get a little better
yeah totally, feels like you cant breathe and if you do a lil bit more effort to do more your back will break or something like that, it's a very strange feeling xD
i can also sit put when i do it i feel like i'm so far from my head. it's really hard to stay in that position because feels like i stay with a headake while i'm there. i'm kind of happy for my evolution, my back are like what i always wanted them to be. thank you
