  • Yamahas stink sea-doos r much better

  • @trickmaster551 don't think you ever owned either one

You obviously dont know that seadoos are not built nearly as well or as reliable as the Yamaha's. Seadoos are great for the first few hours but it goes down hill from there. Ive worked on both machines times and there is no comparison in the quailty of build period and how many seadoos are repaired vs yamaha.

  • what i want to know about these boats is how much more reliable they are than the rest of the top boats out there. the reason why is because yamaha jetski's are extremely reliable machines. you can buy a 15 year old jet ski and it will run like the day it was purchased. unlike most boats even new ones break down more than the worst cars ever created. and if you try to buy an old one, forget about it, you will buy it 4 times with all the repairing and stress. anyone know how reliable these are?

  • I don't think these motors have been around for very long, maybe a few years. They're yamaha I would bet they are extremely reliable just like thier sleds, bikes, and quads!

  • @upnorthbacon

This motor came out in 2002 (FX Waverunner 140). They still use this motor today seen in rentals around the world.

  • @fupasack2

Ive talked to 3 rental companys and they are getting over 1000 hours on them without any work on the rental pwcs (same engines).

  • great boat! Only downsize is the manevuring in low speeds. But once you get used to it, you can easily park anywhere u want...
