good questions. the tow truck driver did not get into any trouble. josh did get on when the tow truck was standing still. i think its crazy that kenny and i were arrested...he claimed that we were cutting him off...we did get in front of him and we started to slow down but it was strictly to get josh off of the tow truck. but the police new we had been drinking and there was no hope for any of us. really im thankfull we didnt get a d.w.i. and yes we made bail.

Cops are often buddy-buddy with towtruck drvers, but this needs looked into. This is a serious offense. Also send a copy to the towing company AND THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. If he got on while the truck was still, then he broke no laws.

3. Why were you guys arrested -- as accomplices or something?
If you were booked for only 20 hrs, I assume you either made bail, or they decided not to press charges.
