@debakkertje12 have you seen a dazzle? its not a card but its still a "Capture card." and An easy cap... its not a fucking card but its still a "Capture card"
hey dude, to stretch the video to make it the full size of the video screen, and get rid of the annoying black lines at the top and bottom add "yt:stretch=16:9 yt:quality=high" [get rid of the "..." of course] Add it into your tags.
The Hauppauge HD PVR records in 720p up to 1080i but your better off doing it in 720p for youtube anyway. You can up scale it to 1080P on Sony Vegas if you really wanted but the rendering time would be quite high.
@11kidkid it is if you did record at 1080P and the server where you watch it on is 1920x1080 Resolution and you watch on fullscreen, otherwise is 720P good enouch, even for rendering time and for internet connections that are not that fast, in 1 word , 720P is the best to choose for youtube
Only thing to say is the aspect ratio looks a bit screwed up (ie should be no black borders), keep up the good work though, it's a nice feeling when you start playing with one :)
If you can set a custom resolution to render to, use 1280x720 for HD, and 640x360 for HQ and Youtube will make it appear widescreen. So i guess put your 360 in widescreen mode so that you can record in widescreen and it wont be stretched out.
ya i figured it out, it was the pixel aspect ratio of the clips in editing mode so i wen in and fixed all of that and it turned out ok, but thanks for your help
what program did you use to switch to the other part????
