Are you serious? Why are you so mad about it? The title of the video is "SAVE MY BOOBS" not "BREAST CANCER AWARENESS". Note that she specified the boobs in question are hers. IT IS an appealing title to get more people (male mostly) to click on it. It is not likely that cancer will spread quicker because of those comments. October is also the AIDS and Hunger awareness month but I didn't see anyone making a video on that. Who cares about "the un-people", right?

Thank you for mentioning the statistics of male breast cancer. I myself am a survivor of male breast cancer. Luckily they caught mine in it's earliest stages and it was able to be removed completely.
