Cool cutscene, love all of the villains (maybe except for Captain Hook), but I miss Scar. All the villains are widely known as the biggest Disney villains, (except for Oogie Boogie, he's just there because he's plain badass) so I wonder why Scar isn't there as well, since he's the villain of The Lion King, who's widely known as the greatest Disney movie of all time.

Note: I've just reached this point in the game myself, so don't hate me if it's an actual reason they left him out of the meeting.

@Kratos8462 No, his appearance in the second game seemed more appropriate considering he wouldn't have blended well with the villains council of the first game, mainly because he's a lion and not an actually bipedal, humanoid villain that can actually SOMEWHAT be taken seriously. It was better to have seen him acting on his own in his own world because that's where suited best.

@Cando01 Although Frollo is no less evil than any of the villains in the clip, he would never seek an alliance with any of them because Maleficent is a witch, Jafar is a sorcerer, Hades is a pagan god, Ursula is a demon + witch, Hook is an outlaw and Oogie is a devilish spirit. That is the kind of crowd that Frollo would avoid like the plague. Besides, world domination is not one of Frollo's ambitions. He commands the entire city of Paris and does not wish for more power.

@holyfuck444 Yeah, that's KHII's main weakness I think. No Disney villain conspiracy, although they did try with Pete going from world to world. KHII's overall plot is less coherent than KHI's, the worlds aren't woven into the main story as good. On the upside, the worlds are more diverse in nature.

This is what I loved about the first game. All the Disney villains were in allegiance with each other working towards a specific goal. In KH2, it kinda seemed like everybody just went about doing their own thing. So much for Pete supposedly building a new army of villains for Maleficent.

I'd really love to see Davy Jones, The Horned King, Frollo, Dr. Facilier, and even Merlock from The Ducktales movie appear in future KH games.

It'd still be pretty cool to see Davy Jones in a Kingdom Hearts game. Perhaps time passes differently from one world to the next. What I was thinking is that ever since Sora returned to his home at the end of KH2, one year could have passed back in Port Royal. And during that one year is when the whole Dead Man's Chest ordeal occurred. So Sora returns to Port Royal in KH3, realizes Jack is missing, and he joins everybody in rescuing Jack from Davy Jone's locker and you go from there...
