  • Woah that stuff is... Complicated, but ill look into it thanks.

  • @magnusmulliner hi I had 5 tea spoons of nescafe coffee is that bad? I usually have it at 12am and I still manage to do 7-12 hrs sleep. Is that amount bad for me?

  • Have you done any homework on the affects of caffeine in the human body?

There are different frequencies our brain is required to move into when in a deep sleep. Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Theta, Delta. It is not possible for the brain to stay in a Delta state when sugar and or caffeine is in your system. Check out the half life of Caffeine.

Was your coffee organic? May then contain toxic chemicals. How was the coffee processed? Could you make smarter lifestyle choices? All food for thought. Enjoy, M

  • "But, Magnus" - LMAO.

  • Hi, thank you for touchiung base. What's LMAO?

    Sending love

    MM

  • No! 1:38 Please go ahead get bogged down into the biochemistry. Lets get our nerd on! :D

  • When you sleep uninterrupted between 7-9hrs depending on the time of year and how physical/mental your occupation is. Your brain is required to shift into Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Theta and Depta sleep patterns. What assists this process will be your serotonin and dopamine levels. These are your main neurotransmitters, which ultimately can explain your level of wellbeing if in BALANCE.

Ensure you don't drink any caffeine after 1pm and make time to meditiate. What's exciting and or fun in your life?

  • nice video, thanks

  • Thank you for your comment STarFishUltra. Enjoy your week, sending love, Magnus

  • thank you

  • It's a pleasure Doubleshot98. I'm not sure if you've seen my latest recording on naturalnews. tv / magnusmulliner

A cold shower in the morning is far more effective and natural than caffeine. I'm not saying don't have caffeine, it's always a choice once we're conscious!

    Sending love

  • @magnusmulliner

good stuff. I look forward to learning more from your videos. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge

  • I have a cup of coffee only once a week, that's on saturdays around 2 PM right before I start working. I go to bed around 2 AM and sleep for about 10 hours. Then it's not so bad, is it?

  • Hi Xbox360Rulesz. Thank you for sharing. That's awesome control. I love that and can relate to it. Is it 'good' or 'bad'? Only your physical body can tell you. Sleeping 10hrs is long. Research from the Sleep Lab at Loughborough Uni in the UK stated 7-9hrs uninterrupted. Most important time is between 2200-2359hrs. Any less than 7 and any more than 9 has been shown to be 'bad' for us on a regular basis. How do you feel? The body has a brilliant way of bouncing back if environment is right.

  • WOw soooooo true. That was awesome!!!

  • Thank you ILLGRaM. It's another socially acceptable drug! Have fun, sending love, MM

  • Dear Chumpette604, it's a pleasure to be in service to you.

  • caffeine is not a diuretic its a de hydrant/thermogenic these make you sweat more

also the amount of caffeine in a cup of coffee is 0.9mg the amount athletes take is around 200mg also the boiling water reacts with most of the caffeine in turn burning it out also there is no naturally occurring caffeine in green tea

  • Dear Djdubblemm, thank you for your comments.

Unless I read or was taught the effects of caffeine wrongly, I would respectively state that it is a diuretic and it does (after a certain concentration - everyone is different) mobilise H2O from various parts of your body, hence the reaction to pee more.

You will also find caffeine naturally in Green teas and in some it's actually higher (mg) than some coffees and teas respectively.

    Create a great loving week

  • This country is so bent on "drug" wars yet caffeine is everywhere. it's amazing the people I see on a daily basis that are completely addicted to this drug.

  • That's right it's socially acceptable mykylc!

It can actually make you gain weight too...

So is a class A drug called sugar - ubiquitous. Vote with where you spend your £ & $.

    Have fun

    Love and Qi

    Magnus

  • thank u magnus

  • Dear robbietheripper1, you're welcome and it's a pleasure to be in service to people. Create a great loving evening, with Qi

  • I have about 500MG of coffee each day... I'm 16.

  • Dear AnimationShorts1, "How's that working for you?" Best advice you can take is your own. If I was 16 and had the level of knowledge I have today, I'd only have a cup of coffee on Fri morning and that's it!

    Organic is best.

    Sending love and Qi

  • i always drink coffee at like 6pm

and i dont really get much sleep sos.... i can drink coffee all the time.....

no sorry i just wanted to say that cause im random... but that is true ano its bad, but, is it like dangerous??

  • Dear mustang99190, thank you again. If you do something that causes you 'pain' or discomfort, or stops your body from fully repairing you, then as you know your physical body never lies to you!

Unless you find your own balance in life (Yin/Yang) your body will let you know. I'm into prevention and NOT drinking anything that contains caffeine after 12noon will be of great service to your physical, mental, and emotional body.

Find a herbal tea you like the taste of!

    Sending love

  • I spent 25 years suffering from what looked like for all intensive purposes Bipolar Disorder Type II. Deep depressions and hypomania. I quit coffee in an attempt to solve a GI issue and all that mood disorder stuff went away. Talk about a waste of a quarter century..

  • DOES CAFFEINE AFFECT YOU WHEN PREGNANT..AND ALSO WHEN I DRINK COFFE I CANT SLEEP AT ALL IS THERE ANYTHING I KUD DRINK OR DO TO GET THE CAFFEINE OUT OF MY SYSTEM.

  • Dear lilgrumpynmuneka, absolutely. I would suggest you don't drink anything with caffeine if you are pregnant. Sure, don't drink anything with caffeine! As I said in the recording it has a half life of around 6 hours.

So by not consuming any product/drink with caffeine your body will do the best it can to remove it from your system.

However, if you go 'cold turkey' you may experience withdrawl symptoms, e.g headaches, highs, lows, slight depression, etc. This will fad after a few days/week or so

  • Ehhh... I don't think caffeine prevents release of melantonin... As far as I know, it only keeps you awake by competing with adenosine for the adenosine receptors. As far as I know, they control smooth muscles in blood vessels. This causes constriction. It also releases dopamine (reward pathway) and glutamate (releases serotonin). Basically adenosine causes your brain to quiet down in order for you to sleep. With caffeine, it cannot do such, and you remain alert....

  • Dear cyanide444, thank you for your message. As an addendum to what you wrote. You'll find caffeine affects your ANS, which in turn will have a bearing on ones Melatonin count. Unless you suffer from Narcolepsy you won't be able to sleep properly, Delta, Beta, gamma, theta & Alpha wavelengths (brain). and as you stated you'll remain alert:-) Create a great loving day, with Qi MM

  • its like speed

  • @hemptime123 o and u mean DMT from the pineal gland

  • Dear hemptime123, Speed may have similar effects to caffeine, in that if prevents proper circadian rhythms, however it's not a Class A/B drug! Caffeine is socially acceptable to use, but can cause many challenges to your body, esp. if you want to fully recover from a days work/pleasure. Sleep is essential for our health and wellbeing.. Enjoy (without the drugs!), with love and Qi MM

  • interesting but 1 thing tho is... i know im stupid for doin this lol but.. i drink energy drinks late at night but i sleep alright n wake up at a normal time (6 - 9am)

  • I've heard a few people say that. My understanding is that when our ANS is activated by stimulating the adrenals (due to caffeine) we actually can't go into a deep DELTA sleep pattern. If you look at the various wavelengths (EEG activity)of our brains they transmit Delta 0.5-4Hz, Theta 4-8Hz, Alpha 8-12Hz, Beta 12-35Hz & Gamma >35Hz. With sympathetic stimulation we won't go into a sleeping/unconscious Delta zone. Vital for body recovery. Try sleeping without energy drink. Thank you for message

  • @crazy1111rs no ur just stupid for doing that fuck tard what are you retarded kid dont drink energy drinks past like 2-3 pm dumb fuck and if ur under 18 (even over 18) its fuckin unhealthy so get laid
