i haven't heard this song in 18 years from when i first bought the record.still have it on vinyl.the inside of the cover has a cool thing about the "notty naught".the artwork is cool too.anyone in san diego,ca. like this kinda stuff?
Oh God, I remember this one. This is pretty old. The house beeing torn down was Fjalarkötturinn, a cultural hotspot in Reykjavik at the time. It was an alternative cinema and theatre for independant theatre groups as well as a shelter for rock bands and other creative forces. I think Kukl had their rehearsal studio in the building. I definetly remember that they did play gigs there. A lot of people were really upseat by its demolition. Texas, however is still accross the street!
theres no shame in making money. there is shame however in compromising your art in order to make money and that is something bjork never did.

One of the very few 2005 videos on Youtube, and it has Bjork in it <3 THIS IS AWESOME!
I can definitely see Bjork's modern day style in this! I guess this band really influenced her~

even if Bjork wasn't in kukl it would still be a great band
kdgfg 3 years ago
true, but i dont think it would have been the same without her or any of the band members.
