But more specifically, Ox is explaining to DMX that the kid with the feathers, his name is Sosa, and he runs the gangsterism operations in a certain part of Kingston, namely Lincoln Ave, which is cutting into Ox' operations. When Ox mentions 'shoeshine,' it is the name of another gangster loyal to Sosa, so that if you kill Sosa, he got other people that will revenge him, so Ox needs someone from outta country to do it for him. Peace.
