The entire point of a slinger is to suck in 1st and 2nd and own in 3rd and 4th. Sins are good all the way through, but us 'slingas outdamage them after lv 120+ exept for a GODLY dexless with GODLY equips. And those miss alot, compared to us slingers. I could kill iron hogs at lv 15-20 because of my dex as a slinger. Besides, sin's dont look as sexy, freeze, burn, or mob 15 at a time. Just watch the vid of a gs killing zakum with gaviota.... lol

not necisserily out damge sins, the sins dont have to be dexless to be the same as a lvl 120 slinger reg dex are just as strong with the right equips. im not saying slingers are weak but there DPM can kill any class in maple.

Sorry for the late reply. If you want to make a corsair, it's pretty easy statwise. Just cap your str at 70ish. The rest goes in dex, thats about it lol.

Nope, never hp washed. Really you don't need to wash unless you plan on going on horntail runs later on lol. You will no doubt have 3k+ hp at 12x. I'm lvl 146 now and I have 4.3k hp.

Well, really no job is better than the other in general. But Corsairs have the highest damage per minute (DPM) in the game. Corsairs are pretty much a combination of all the ranged classes in maple. About bossing, Corsairs are awesome at bosses. Even though battleship can break when its hp gets to 0. I myself have soloed pap already. I recently soloed anego and that was extremely easy. So if you like variety I would choose Corsair. Not saying bowman are bad, they are awesome too.

Well brawlers are good in 3rd and 4th job too. Plus they have higher damage in 2nd job. I have played a 4th job buccaneer before and it was really really fun. I just prefer ranged attacks. I think you should stick with your brawler :P

Rapid fire is such a cute attack. It takes like two freeze sessions to kill a skelegon with it, but with cannon you could've killed two skelegons with one freeze. Corsair is really a class that punishes people with no sense of self-preservation.

Does rapid fire really do more single target damage than any other skill in the game? if a sin used triple throw with booster thats like 12 stars a second and with crit and a bowmaster/marksmens sharp eyes would that not being higher?

If you are trying to say if rapid fire is the fastest skill in the game, then yes it is the fastest. Although it doesnt do that much damage because rapid fire was lvl 1 in this video.

Just make sure to have your str 20 stats lower than the str needed for your gun. 'Cause you get roughly 20 stats from Zhelm and Deputy Star.

BTW, I've got a 9x Marauder..and the more I watch you Corsairs, or even Outlaws, the more I feel like quitting it..

Yeah, they wreck at Newties at such a low lvl for 4th job with Cannon o.o. I didn't think I'd be so strong on 1vs1 so quickly. Can't wait til I get Battleship Cannon 21 :D

They defintaly are tanks, newts don't stand a chance with cannon. Cannon 21 is the exact lvl you start hitting 10k with one cannon ball btw :).

Yeah, definatly. lvl 21 does roughly 38k-40k damage with the right equips.
