Douro20 you actually have it backward, anticyclonic tornadoes spin clockwise instead of counter-clockwise, at least in the northern hemisphere.

Whenever there is a straight north gulf flow and a straight south arctic flow, these kinds of tornadoes are possible. Though they are rare, if there is enough low and high level shear, they can be quite destructive.
