I want retro to make a new one, with a BIG underwater area like Maridia. They could make parts of it almost horror-esque; imagine the sandy area of maridia with all of the creepy sea creatures, but in 3D/FPS mode....you walk forward, and something HUGE swims in front of you, but you can't tell what it is, because the water is too murky...
Not to mention all the artwork they could make for it..
@ThundergodxRaiden Metroid Other M is not a disgrace to the franchise it was a unique new takeon for the franchise and an overall good game in its own right.

DrRZ1024 has it spot on. Some balancing could be done. The bell (that plays till 0:45) is drowning out the other instruments, especially the lead strings.
I like the background effects with the phaser. It works well.
Final nitpick: The end doesn't fade out perfectly. The fade isn't over before the audio cuts.
Otherwise, good work. I think you should put more than 2 hours into a project though. I spend at absolute minimum 6 hours. I usually spend 12 hours, taking a day break to make a final judgement.
this is sick it gives a bit more of a creepy sound. but it stil has that metroid feel

lol everybody's remixing this song. Not complaining, I like it too. XD
Like some of the others, the lead melody suffers some piercing frequencies that should be filtered out. There's also some clipping.
Tho for two hours of work it's good, you obviously know what you're doing. Great, esp for a quickie. XD
