  • One hour parking is an idea that allows a high turnover of cars. This is so everyone gets a chance to park for short periods while popping in to a shop etc. You would complain if you couldn't find a parking space!

  • David beckham voice?

  • Bailiff "Why don't you find somebody to vote in that will represent you"?

The reason why we don't find somebody to vote in that will represent us, is because the only people that we are ever allowed to vote for, are put in the position to be eligible for our votes, by rich lobbyist corporations, who want them there to do their bidding and allow them to steal our freedoms and wealth and continue their violent attempt at becoming a world Government.

  • Well done Danny. A little knowledge is more powerful than none at all and you showed them that you had far more knowledge than them. It is great that we the people are taking the power back from the corrupt corporations and their clueless henchmen.

  • If more ppl did what you did then life would be far better...

  • WELL DONE MATE!

  • Comment removed

  • @ANTISLAVEBOY they have not been back since lol

  • @dannyallen1984 Film their faces, you have every right in public and your own property. Their obviously breaking the rules, perhaps you can at least get them sacked then for their harassment and intimidation.

  • we need more people like you in this country

  • @msfiddler2 it don’t matter what type of human Danny is. Could have been a massive smackhead, or someone from kpac. The point is that he still keep his van. Where do you learn all this law?

  • Well done! For your own benefit this for your own benefit that. lol....

  • a case for treason web site peeps

  • Respect from another Freeman, keep it simple for these guys, police included, Statutes that are not backing the Constitution=Magna carta, declaration of rights, coronation oath and habeus corpus, do not no apply to those in lawful rebellion or any who do not consent. Use an Affidavit next time and make them read it, activate fee schedule, I carry mine at all times, both to the queen and downing st. res judicata and stare decisis, end of

  • Everyone should be doing this. Democracy doesn't work, there's two parties both supporting each other and a corrupt system.

  • I love it when they throw that one in..." We are just doing our Jobs"...They tried that one at Nuremberg..!

  • *either?

  • It always makes me laugh how people are all "bailiffs are bullies, police are bullies." chances are the people saying that are either criminals or don't pay their debts.

I'm not a criminal and I have no debts and guess what? I've no problems with the police or bailiffs.

Why don't you and yours just live within the law and pay your debts and I assure you you won't have a problem with these people either.

  • good for you dont roll over and be a dog glad you stuck up for your rights baliffs are nothing but bullies

  • You should change the name of these videos to "bailiffs can't take my van due to the perfectly understandable fact that their recovery truck is unavailable until the following morning while me and my girlfriend stand by and watch like foolish, hippy, poor, desperate twats who are talking total shit whilst under the influence of weed and ejaculate of my Freeman master - part1" and subsequenty part2.

  • Omg free society and a free life.then why; in practise; are there so many silly acts etc designed to curtail rather than enhance.

Omg "our" (private) company (that works on profit) loses monies??!! Well then that`s a good move in the right direction yes? a private for non profit company?? Moving towards a co-operative set up well done!!

  • they do it day in day out therefore they must know it`s the correct way to do things? Next time stress the fact that the JP at the local magistrates not a judge have had the clerk of the court rubber stamp it and you have not been invited to attended to plead your case.

  • well done young man ... get used to the fact that democracy consists of

many deluded dissonants in denial of "reality" ... its normal for a clueless retard

to take the piss as a defence mechanism or become angry and go on a rant

if it doesnt fit into its own pig ignorant miniscule mindset ... who said neanderthals died out eh! anyhow good luck with any future dealings with commercial theives and u.c.c. pirates!

  • call the police and get this twat sorted .

  • mate good job you tell them fuckers they are thugs in uniforms peace

  • well done mate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good for you mate loved both video's. man we could do with more people like you to piss the bailiff's off. ignore the silly twats with the bum comments etc your the man. have shown this to lot's of people and they loved the way you pissed them off. keep up the good work mate........................... bob

  • Great video mate. I think you dealt with that situation great! Peace man!

  • The Bailif claims that they are not benefiting at all from the situation, which is a lie, He is getting paid for doing the job so he is benefiting from the seisure

  • Im actually quite disappointed with myself now. We have vastly different opinions on things but your reply has inspired me to offer you an apology, if a half hearted one. I expected a little more of an angry come back. you obviously love your shit, but it is a total waste of your worthless time and efforts.

  • The only disappointment on this clip is the fact the dumb bailiffs, didnt realise that they were dealing with a right twat, straight away, Dannyallen your a bum, after your weetabix and soya milk breakfast you spend hours with your dick in one hand and a book in the other. You have nothing more to do than smoke weed, (you grew yourself in your spare room) and preach shit. Your a lawless tree hugger, an activist, when its not raining. The bailiffs should have walked away 32 mins ago.

  • @msfiddler2 hahahahahah i like the thought that went in to this comment lol, just to let you know they never took the van, we sold it. not heard from the bailiffs since, (maybe they relized i'm a weed smoking tree hugging bum) lol. lot of hippy love and peace to you my friend xxxxxxxx

  • @dannyallen1984 hahah well done danny!!!!!! and not so well done to you fiddler although yeh i agree give us a hug. i also brought a tissue fiddler

  • @msfiddler2 I get so fed up with people who think that they can make a comment before thay actually go and study what is being said.

If you took the time to learn your rights after all they were made to PROTECT you and not made to enslave you. Alas I fear all you will do is comeback with a comment of utter rubbish and has no relivence to the whole point of these videos. My god man are you not even curious to see and learn or are you content being blind and led all your life.

    GO AND LOOK IT UP

  • @msfiddler2 What you describe, sounds like very a peaceful life, wheres your problem, try it? It may calm you down or not :)

  • @msfiddler2 u scum

  • @MsProud2b heheh she just has a sickness and is mis and disinformed. conditioning since birth and being spoonfed by the artifice over time will do that to ya.

  • @msfiddler2 u fucking fiddler errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr bog off u tramp

  • @msfiddler2

And you are obviously owned by the man !! Enjoy your slavery.

  • @msfiddler2 Hahaha least you think he reads books.....Thats a massive compliment.

  • @msfiddler2 AND YOUR A GOBSHITE NOW FOOK OFF

  • @msfiddler2 This comment is awfully rude...

  • @msfiddler2 You and those like you are clearly part of the reason that this country is rapidly descending into a fascist police state.

  • FFS I watch this time and time again and get more angry! "We will take off some fees" Oh don`t make me puke! I could Form 4 these 2 idiots and their firm right now! After last nights ITV1 prog, all BAiliffs should be worried!!!!!!!!

  • Send those idiots around here FFS! One look at me and they will know who I am! A John Kruse book in one hand and a camera in the other will send them on their way. Fat folk should be in the gym and the job centre!!!!!!!!!

  • I quite shocked that you had polite bailiffs, most are very aggressive. Good for you for standing your ground :) Keep up with the good work

  • Well done mate. You stood your ground and they bottled it as their waffle didnt work on you. No commission for the two goons that day!!!!

As an ex Bailiff of 5 years, I saw the light and got out of an "Industry"....that`s all it is....an industry that makes millions for the like of Serco/Capita and the Councils.

Don`t EVER be bullied by these theives and keep the love.

  • @MrBailiff1 thanks for the comment mate, i'm glad you see the light. it's nothing persanal against them. i'm sending them love, peace and blessings.xx

  • Long video but, not boring. Great work, the right to think and practice.

  • LOL to be free you need to have chains of rules LOL

  • He sounds like Greg Davies

  • GOT MY SUB MATE AMEN

  • @whitenightf3 in itself. I have looked at all the freemen videos, and they are complete nonsense, feel free to refuse to acknowledge jurisdiction, you're still going to prison. Magistrates and police are under no obligation to present their oath. You have been completely brainwashed by the freeman movement, they have absolutely no grounding for their radical ideas. Not one single freeman is educated in the law, quite clearly. You still haven't answered the question.

  • Does it matter which edition of the blacks law dictionary you refer too? Great job man!!

  • it's nothin personal!

  • Well done, I've been spreading the word North of the border and will be launching a web site soon.

  • Lol these guys played a good game but none of them really know what to do if they are challanged legally they just expect everyone to flop scared of them but when you dig deep enough with them and prove they are doing something illegal they don't have a leg to stand on.

  • Did you have sight of the warrant of execution? Where they even in possession of a warrant of execution? If they didn't they were definitely not acting lawfully.

  • Well it's been 3 months now, Danny. Can we have an update?

  • :-)

  • pay the bill?

  • @Mickygemma

    What bill?

  • brilliant, simply brilliant. I am very inspired by this, we all need to stand up for ourselves as free men in a free country

  • Personally I would've stuck to the signed warrant deal, if its not signed, its not valid fuck off quite simply

  • Mate, I admire your stuff but i'd say, never say to them at the end "its nothing personal" everyone does this? but why? they are tresspassing on your property and demanding all sorts of things from you. They are parasites of the highest order who could not function in a job in the real world, they have the confrontational thug mentality and the vast majority of them are neanderthal's, of course it is personal! its an assault on your freedom's!

  • @rodjames98 to me these people are the real victims, they have been so brainwashed that they feel what they are doing is right..... but they still feel love, and pain just like you and me, so it's not them, it's their programing. to me it is nothing personal they are doing a job to feed their familys....

  • @dannyallen1984 Yeah I understand that mate, but personally I would rather sweep the street's than do that kind of work they are parasiting off of the back of innocent people some of whom are not criminals but are made to be simply because they cannot afford to pay these corporation's, I think it is grotesque and obscene and I deplore their mindless mentality. If they had a brain cell it would die of loniliness! Keep up your work mate I am an avid follower of your stuff.

  • David beckham didn't pay a ticket?

  • They would of taken it there an then they tried to bluffed you

  • The reason they never came back was the van was a piece of shit and they would lose money on it. If the motor was worth it and co

  • Hahahahah... (boss on loudspeaker) "Can this be done in the morning?".

    He wasn't expecting that!

  • freedom means u can go shopping for shit u dont need so dont block the roads

  • Did you lose your vehicle in the end??

  • :) Just about to return my unopened PCN with No Contract return To Sender :P.

Good Job Danny ( It's A No Brainer When Your Heart Says So>>>Bradley Allen )

  • nice one fella, you did a great job! I'm on track to learn all this stuff too... This is so much to learn but i'm getting there... How do you think it would work out if you got caught say growing weed? I might be testing it out very soon! Lmao.

  • right on, us canadians have a harder time with this. very confrontational less personal

  • Common law all the way...

  • Absolutely brilliant please keep posting great work!!!

  • hahaha great

  • Nice work as always :D

  • Too right, love and peace. If we could all find unconditional love for all seven billion poeple and things on this earth, the world would be a much better place for everyone. To hurt another is always to hurt the human race and to hurt the human race is to hurt yourself.

  • whats really nice to see in your videos is how peoples mood changes gradually throughout the videos, this is down to how calm and collected you behave. People seem enlightened and warm towards you, whereas at the start they are generally hostile and uninterested in anything you say, but you win them over! much respect!

  • The government's have never truely acted on behalf of the people. Bailifs, traffic wardens, parking bays, residents parking permits, 20% VAT, massive cuts, increased rents, job losses, no future jobs being created, the killing of innocent civilians in illegal wars. None of these actions are favoured by the mass of people. Where is the justice? Where is the law to reclaim the massive bonuses from the banks. This country needs a real constitution, one made by the People, for the People.

  • Its quite simple: they have no authority unless you give it to them.

They can use a combination of words to try and achieve their goals until the cows come home, but unless you submit to their demands, then they can only use force.

  • 1st class Danny! Well done!

  • Nice calm composure Danny, keep up the good work mate!!!

  • They are confusing statues which are not Laws with the Law. You need to educate them and tell them Statutes are rules which need the consent of the people.

  • @whitenightf3 Statutes have the consent of the people, otherwise they would not be statues in the first place.

  • @007RoyalFlush What statutes did you consent to? When was you asked? No one ever asked me. What really happens is the legislators those are the same people caught defrauding the public purse decide what statutes will be put on the books. Like I have said before these are not laws they are rules and we the people have the right not to consent to them, in which case they do not apply. BTW the home secretary agrees she went on TV during the riots and said we can only police by consent.

  • @whitenightf3 Your mistake is assuming that the consent required is explicit and individual. It's not. It's consent gained from electing the people who make the decisions for us. Regardless of what you say statutes are, they are in fact laws. You have no right whatsoever to decide not to abide by statute, because it is law. Yes she is correct, but you are wrong in assuming that you as an individual have a right not to consent, because you don't. Look it up PROPERLY.

  • @007RoyalFlush There is no mistake I take it that you are a Police constable another one ignorant about Law and no doubt equally ignorant about the Magna Carta psst its not a ice cream.

Government and police require the consent of every individual, it is the individual who makes up society. By claiming that if the majority wills it then it must be all true is a recipe for yet more disaster. A deception is being played out on the people of the world and I will assert my rights under Common Law.

  • @whitenightf3 Think what you like, it doesn't change the fact that what I am telling you is 100% fact. The Government do not require the consent of every individual, the concept itself is completely ridiculous. The whole nature of our society is that people are free to have different opinions without persecution, so there will be differences of opinion 100% of the time. The Government has to draw the line as to what is best for the majority.

  • @007RoyalFlush What you are telling everyone is 100% bullshit I bet you are some pratt with a vested interst.

Thanks but no Thanks shove your Statutes where the Sun don't shine.

  • @whitenightf3 Unfortunately for you, and very fortunately for the rest of us, you don't have a choice whether you follow statutes or not. They are the law. If you had actually done any research whatsoever, then you would know this.

  • @whitenightf3 Feel free to assert your rights under common law, however you seem to be unsure about what those rights actually are, since common law specifically states that statutes are laws.

  • @007RoyalFlush You are clearly no student of history, if you were you would know that Confucious amongst others tells us the more laws you make the more criminals you create. The Police are there to serve the public they are not above the law and if a person stands under Common Law commits no harm, loss or injury they have nothing to worry about. People like you need to learn the Government is there to serve the people, not enslave the people.

  • @whitenightf3 Yes, more laws equals more criminals, it still doesn't negate the requirement for the new law in the first place. You're still avoiding the question. What common law rights do you believe you have that will serve your purpose? The Police are there to serve the Home Office, they do not work for the public. And why do you believe the Government is attempting to enslave the people? A completely ridiculous notion but I'll give you the opportunity to explain

  • @007RoyalFlush The Police are public servants you do know they are not allowed to vote right? As for these so-called laws the Labour governement created 23,000 in a ten year period. Most of these are designed with one purpose in mind to fleece the public of their cash. You want to live in a nanny state and be treated like a child I am a responsible adult and do not need any government mandarin telling me what I can and cannot do. I suggest you read Orwell's 1984 did you go to school?

  • @whitenightf3 LOL what a ridiculous suggestion, of course Police Officers are allowed to vote. Yes, you do need a Government telling you what you can and cannot do. Yes, I went to school and university. And you are still avoiding the question. What rights do you believe you have under common law that serves your purpose? I'm assuming it's because you don't actually know, I'm also assuming you didn't know that common law specifically states that statute is law?

  • @007RoyalFlush At one time they were barred from voting so it can only be a relative recent change. The police are meant to be apolitical but Thatcher changed all that when she used them to break the miners strike.

Common Law is about harm, loss and injury if none of those have occurred then no Law has been broken.

You should go and read the Magna Carta that document outlines and is the basis on which our Law is built.

BTW people who stand under CL kidnapped by the police have been released

  • @whitenightf3 No, police officers have always been allowed to vote, it's a basic human right I don't know where you get that rubbish from. Yes, common law is about loss, harm, injury, fraud, and if none of those have occurred then no common law has been broken, however statute is not common law, but it is still the law. I have read the relevant parts of the Magna Carta, but most if not all of it is now obsolete. Arrest is not kidnap, statute has nothing to do with admiralty law, it is a law

  • @007RoyalFlush No you need to brush up on your history and general knowledge the police have not always had the right to vote but that is bye the bye. Go and read Black's Law Dictionary in there it clearly states that Acts and Statutes are the legislated rules of society requiring the consent of the governed. That means we have the right NOT TO CONSENT. Think about it we can only be governed and policed by consent anything else and its a Dictatorship not a Democracy.

  • @whitenightf3 Aside from the fact that you're wrong, the police's right to vote is still irrelevant. You see, there's your problem. You've been reading Black's law dictionary, which is specifically written for the US legal system. You need to use the OED and Blackstone's if you want the UK law definitions. The idea of a democracy is that we choose who represents us in the House of Commons. That is as far as our power as the people goes.

  • @007RoyalFlush Go and look it up the police never used to have the vote. As for Black's Law the US system is loosely based on our system. Like I said they can only govern and police with the consent of the people. What you are claiming is that we don't live in a democratic system but a dictatorship. The Truth is the power lies in everyone of us we just need to reclaim it. You can give yours away to the system I am going to show the system that it cannot tell me what to do I was born Free!

  • @whitenightf3 The amount of wrong information you're coming out with is borderline amusing. They DO have the consent of the people, you are making the mistake of assuming that it is explicit and individual consent, which it is not. No, we do live in a democracy, again you have mistaken what a democracy is, it doesn't mean you can do whatever the hell you like! You are just as free as you were when you were born, but there is no such thing as complete freedom.

  • @007RoyalFlush There is no wrong information you seem to have lapped up the inculcation you have gone through. Look around at world society and we are in a complete mess on the verge of extinction because to many like you rtefuse to engage in critical thinking. My point about democracy flew over your head this is not a democracy the politicians are chosen by the oligarchs not the people. David Bellamy refused to front the global warming scam, was at a meeting when he noticed Blair and Hague

  • @007RoyalFlush to another man Bellamy asked what is going on over there and he was surprised to be told they are deciding on who will be the next Prime Minster. I am going to leave you with this statement you have much to learn and remember one day you must account for your actions:

``Government is not suggestion nor persuasion, it is force...and force is violence....When you advocate any government action, you first must believe that violence is the best answer to the question at hand.''

  • @whitenightf3 Yet more nonsense. What a surprise. You say I have much to learn, when you have proven with every comment you make that you haven't got a clue how the system of law works or why.

  • @007RoyalFlush You have been enslaved by the system you are defending and do not know it what was it Voltaire said, oh yeah you cannot free a fool from the chains he reveres. That is you not me I am Free and I will not comply with such a insidious system. You will be microchipped I will not.

``Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous

    servant and a fearful master.''

    George Washington

  • @whitenightf3 You seem to like American ideas quite a lot. Slave - a person who is legal property of another. I am not enslaved, neither are you, neither do the Government wish us to be slaves. You fail to understand the importance of law and order, and your suggested solutions contradict the purpose of your ideals. Your paranoid delusions are quite common among the freeman movement.

  • @007RoyalFlush You were enslaved and became the property of the state the moment you were registered at birth. Like I said you do not know what your talking about you probably think legaleese is a sauce to be poured on your bolognese.

``Remember that a government big enough to give you everything you want is also big

enough to take away everything you have.''

    Barry Goldwater

  • @whitenightf3 Legalese is a term invented by those who haven't the intelligence to understand the law. My birth certificate is a record of when and where I was born and who my parents are. In what way does that enslave me and make me anyone's property? You are completely insane

  • @007RoyalFlush It was invented by the Law society you pillock and through the BC system they created your Legal Fiction called your straw man which is what they act on when they want your money. Anyway I have had enough of talking to a idiot the old tenet of never educate a mug springs to mind. LOL

  • @whitenightf3 Lol no it wasn't! There is no such thing as your legal fiction, you really are delusional. Your birth certificate, driving licence and any other official document you can think of is there to prove who you are. You are a person. You are also a natural human being, there is no difference. All of these things have been completely made up by people who don't want to follow the law and try to find pathetic ways around it, which have never worked in the history of mankind.

  • @007RoyalFlush so why does it say on your birth certificate NOT to be used as I.D??? how can a peace of paper prove who you are? how can you be a name??? a name is something you use not some thing you are.... with this simple understanding i have had a lot of success agaist bailiffs, police, banks and many others. i don't care if you believe it or not it works for me xxxx

  • @dannyallen1984 Because it has no photo. You are really being an idiot now. You have a name which is something you use to identify yourself. Nobody anywhere is suggesting that you are a name, that's ridiculous. What is also ridiculous is that you seem to expect authorities to go along with the idea that your name is something separate to your body. You quite obviously have had no success with that at all.

  • @007RoyalFlush dear oh dear oh well i don't care mate, works for me!!!. lot of love and peace to you mate xxxxx

  • @dannyallen1984 It quite obviously doesn't since your entire theory is complete and utter nonsense. Get help.

  • @007RoyalFlush without charge because they refused to recognise the jurisdiction of statutes which is Admiralty law. You can look on here for English Freemen who refuse to acknowledge the jurisdiction of the magistrates courts because those claiming to be magistrates are refusing to provide their oath. Without the people's consent the system comes a grinding halt, this is Albion not Nazi Germany or North Korea.

  • @007RoyalFlush And regardless of your specious comment they are not Laws they are rules and we know rules are there to be broken and I intend to keep on breaking them until this evil system that you want to defend collapses totally.

  • @whitenightf3 OK, so laws are rules. It still doesn't mean that you don't have to follow them! Rules are not there to be broken, they are there to be followed and punishment given to those who do not follow them. This is not an evil system, you just perceive it to be evil because you have a problem with authority. It will never collapse, because people want and need law and order, otherwise there would be chaos.

  • @007RoyalFlush I never said Laws are Rules I said Stautes are the legislated rules of society, given the force of law by the consent of the governed. If you withdraw your consent then the rules do not apply. You need to go and educate yourself between the differences between Common Law and Admiralty Law. The system is evil and its already collapsing all around us or are you oblivious to whats going on in the world around you. Uprising in the ME, Riots in Greece, England and protest in Wall st!

  • @whitenightf3 You cannot withdraw your consent, since individual express consent is irrelevant, only the collective consent of the governed to elect those who make law. Don't begin to tell me what I need educating about, since you have proven you don't know what you're talking about. You are nothing but a hippy who has learned very wrong information from some idiot who just wants to dodge the law.

  • @007RoyalFlush And when you assert your rights under Common Law there is nothing they can do, their threats of fines are empty threats. They rely on people fears to keep them in line, well here is news for you pal I am fearless I refused to return the census, nothing happened. I refuse to register for the vote, nothing happened. If I don't want to play ball with the insidious system you support what you going to do use Force on me LOL

  • @whitenightf3 You mean aside from reminding you that common law states specifically that statutes are laws?

  • @007RoyalFlush Common Law is nothing to do with Statutes like I said you need to go and educate yourself and know what the difference is between Common Law and Admiralty Law.

  • @whitenightf3 Oh dear. I think someone needs to go and get a qualification in UK law and history, because you are clearly under-educated and thus have no right to start telling people what you think the law is. Common law is different from Admiralty law, and Admiralty law is different from statute. This is really basic stuff that you'd learn in week one of a law degree. Common law, along with centuries of precedent dictates that statute is binding law. Please do your research.

  • @007RoyalFlush No You have made a number of spurious negative statements, the onus is on you to prove them. It is not on me, I know the difference and I have applied it to my life. You pal are a wanker for the system and you will never ever get me to bow down and worship your false god.

  • @whitenightf3 Your "because I said so" argument doesn't seem to be doing any better. I have given you facts. You have given me your opinion. You have proven that you don't know the difference, since you seem to think that admiralty law and statute are the same thing. Statute is Government-made law. Admiralty law is specifically for crimes committed while at sea. I don't want anyone to bow down, I want people to follow the law.

  • @007RoyalFlush Admiralty Law is Corporate Law we have been enslaved through the Birth Certificate you plank. They are one and the same thing and when people refuse to play by those perverted rules of the game they can only resort to one thing....violence. Is that what you are advocating? People like me do follow the Law, Common Law which is based on Harm, Loss and Injury.

  • @007RoyalFlush The point that seems to be going over your obtuse head is this: WE DO HAVE A CHOICE!!!

And I choose not to comply tell me what are you going to do about that? Are you going to use force?

  • @whitenightf3 A point that you have completely made up! A desire to have a choice does not make it so. I'm not going to do anything, however the police will prosecute you if you fail to follow statute, and nothing you do or say following that will make the slightest difference at all.

  • @007RoyalFlush I have made nothing up I am relating my experiences the police will do nothing because I have not violated Common Law and any interactions I have with them, are subjugated by their oaths. Nothing you say or do is going to change the way I choose to live my life being a Free Man! You want to come and use force just let me know.

  • @whitenightf3 You are so badly informed, it's ridiculous. Common law is irrelevant, since statute has replaced most of it. Yes, interactions are subjugated by their oath, which means it is their duty to enforce statutes. A freeman? Oh please, you may as well tell a policeman that you're a care bear, it'll get you exactly the same response. It doesn't actually mean anything and calling yourself a freeman won't get you any different treatment to the rest of us.

  • @007RoyalFlush You really are putting a lot of effort into defending a busted system. I am FREE u hate that but its a fact and nothing u do or say is going to turn that around. All people need do is stand under Common Law that is the magic :)

  • @whitenightf3 You keep referring to common law as if its your saviour, when in fact it does the opposite to what you believe it does. Tell me, in what way does common law serve the purpose of the freeman movement?

  • @007RoyalFlush Are you really that obtuse, Common Law is based on harm, loss or injury which comprises of less than 1000 Laws. Statutes run into thousand can you do the maths. You have consistently refused to answer my questions. I know I am fine by asserting my rights under Common Law. Tell me what are you going to do about it?

  • @whitenightf3 As I have said before, I am not going to do anything, the police will do it for us. How has the number of laws in any way relevant? The progression of civilisation creates necessity for more laws. And it just so happens that one of those laws you mention covers the power given to the Government to create law in the form of statute, you really need to learn what you preach. You have failed to answer what rights you believe you have under common law that serves your purpose.

  • the is ace! well done you for remaining calm and respectful, for standing your ground and for being so articulate. Its especially interesting to hear them say that it will cost them money... if they operate at a loss then they are less likely to do it....What notice did you display in your car that impressed them?

    With love and hugs

  • Well done Danny!!!

  • Sound the Liberty Bell. re: "Schaeffer Cox".

  • They dont really want to take the vehicle, they want you to pay, but by saying they will take it puts pressure on you to cough up. I had a situation the same, they would just come and put a notice through the door a slap stickers on my car saying it was going to be removed but they never did. It is possible that what he said was true, they would lose money by removing the vehicle, (depending on what its worth) and no company is in business to lose money... :)

  • I'm expecting a visit from 'Marston' Baillifs in respect of a Distress warrant.

My supposed fine has grown from £60-£420 and i have been threatened with locksmiths.

    Thanks for the inspiration.

Hoping my lot goes as well as your trials have.

    Luv n Peas dude.

  • @SaferoomStudio Do not let them in, do not let them hand you anything and dont leave your doors open. Unless its for council tax they can NOT break in however if you leave a window or door open they are well within their rights to climb in, if they do get in tell them they must leave straight away and call the police if they dont, do not admit to any of your property or anything about the fine. They should not be threatening to break in and you should use that to complain if you ever need to.

  • Cont:- and if they don't manage to fulfill their task of theft within those 3 visits then the case is returned to the council , the bailiff gets his dosh and i will be moved to another stage of theft maybe given a new contract with the bailiff or court appearance they will then add all the cost on top of the initial fine , Robbing Bastards the system as a whole , i heard the old holocaust card being played OMG they will stoop to any level , well done Danny x x

  • so really it was because the pickup truck couldn't come that evening well that just tells me how incompetent they are to come and waste time hassling you causing distress to you , you did brilliantly to try and educate them , these people don't care if they are working within the law ,and to say it will cause them loss of finance to take it away then that just shows what liars they are, i think the bailiffs are obliged to try to make contact 3 times , to fulfill their contract with the council

  • a magistrate isn`t a judge, he`s a administrator for a judge

  • no picking flowers, oh joy. no birds shall sing in his world without permission i guess. to be free, you have to be restricted lol.

  • Nice work D.

  • brilliant stuff bro :-D I had a bailiff visit a few months ago and as soon as he did I moved my car off property. I phoned him to ask him what was going on etc. He said he was in the area and would come back to get the vehicle now. He must've drove back and seen it was not there and hasn't been back since. I am awaiting a return visit from them and when it happens I'll film the whole thing and try to remain as calm and eloquent as you :-D and post on youtube, obviously :-D

  • Love it Danny, the "Dont tread on me" attitude is what needs to be conveyed to all.
