She was wrong about many things, specially the Taser... (A) You can touch the person, just not between the two probes. (B) The probes themselves do not have any identification attached. (C) If someone gets tased they will most likely be going to jail (which if people would just comply then they wouldn't have been sprayed nor get tased). You have not been paying attention to what's been going on in this country. Police have been using the taser weapon on people who have already been subdued, and in many instances when people are yelling out, "I am not resisting arrest" And you forget, people are innocent until proven guilty. Remember??

The people in this video were complying and they were still sprayed and tased.How would you like it if you were protesting something and you were sprayed and tased for exercising your rights? Or do you just never stand up for your beliefs?

as much as i respect what you guys are doing, you still have to look at what cops go through every day. I worked with plenty and I have a lot of friends that do protests to so you can see me being in the center of a lot of things. Police are there for us; they are those who respond if someone is attacking someone or if someone's life is at risk.

I agree. But if they can't differentiate between murderers, rapists and drug-crazed people and those citizens who go out and protest legitimately then there is a problem.

Policemen can't think for themselves anymore. They are ordered to come down heavily on people who don't deserve it.

The whole thing bout tasering and spraying; they do it because they were told that those were effective in non-lethal use. You can't blame them for doing their job. Everyone thinks that resisting arrest means fighting police officesr. It also means if a police officer TELLS you to stop doing something and just to put your hands behind your back and you refuse, display breach of peace by shouting "police brutality"then that is resisting arrest. just wanted to get that in there, no disrespect

Tasering is not non-lethal and these cops know this. It's all over the news and youtube. Many cops are getting lazy. The qualifications for hiring in many police departments have been lessened and police are not what they used to be.

But like many problems we have in society most of the blame goes to the top echelons of the organization or country or company or government. They're supposed to lead by example. But they don't so maybe we all should start looking to ourselves for better behavior and accountability. Thanks for your comments.

The nation is coming around to the illegality and directly attributable to Chucklenuts himself. Stories like this are changing minds. We must remain vigilant for those who would trample our rights by putting security in front of truth and social justice. Try to keep from tarting up a story. I got hit with an ETF combat squad at 3am outside my door,I was fortunate I was able to pick up the phone, speak or get to the door (disabled) or they would have bashed it in, that was Sept.15th, for supporting the marches on Washington, just online, I live in Canada, with Harper, bushies lapdog who regrets Canada not being in the Iraq war, who I hope looses office or is thrown out soon. Watanda was inspired to not go back to Iraq & take a stand, the Unversity of Santa Barbara (UCSB) protesters in clown outfits scared out CIA there for recruiting by demonstrating waterboarding tortue & handing out phamplets, the CIA left in a hurry.
