i live in palmyra and.. protesters are soooo annoying!!! they drive this huge truck saying what mormons dont tell .com i think thats sooo... imature... and no offense mormons are really annoying when they come to our town lol

When the rich man asked what he could do to be saved, Jesus answered sell all you have and FOLLOW ME. He didn't say to follow Joseph Smith or Paul or ANY man. He said "FOLLOW ME"!

They said Joseph Smith was a false Prophet, and that is not true. They made it sound like we don't believe that Jesus Christ is the way back to Heaven, when in fact we do believe HE IS the only way. By the way, ALL our doctrine IS supported by the Bible.

I'm not trying to be rude here, but J Smith taught some things about God that are not in line with what God already said about Himself, so according to God, J Smith was a false prophet.

The Bible also warns sternly about anyone who speaks in the name of the Lord and it doesn't come to pass. It only take one false prophecy to make a false prophet. They will have their place in the lake of fire. Joseph Smith spoke in the name of the Lord many times and his prophecies did not happen as he said.

I suppose we can start with Isaiah 43:10. Speaking through Isaiah, the prophet, Gods says "...that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me."

There are many other biblical references to there being only One God.

However, Joseph Smith taught polytheism (many Gods).

There's even more about God that the LDS church teaches that is wrong, too.

First off Chapter 43 of Isaiah is referring to Jesus Christ before he is in the flesh. This is shown in verse 11 which says, "beside me there is no Saviour." The New Testament as I have studied clearly shows that they are seperate. Acts 7: 55-56 (Christ and Heavenly Father after Christ's Resurection). Or Christ's Baptism Matt 3: 13-17 The Holy Spirit descends, Christ is in the water, and Heavenly Father is speaking from Heaven. Clearly three seperate personages. How do we really know the Truth?
