Its easy to make it. But theres a lot of diference betwen good and bad margarita.

In some pizzerias margarita sucks...in some pizzerias its godlike.

I'm Italian and we never do pizza in this way.

The mozzarella should be fresh.

Tomato sauce should be rustic/gross/imperfect.

You have to put "origano" in the sauce need oregano (origanum/spicy herb).

And 2 or 3 little basil leaves. (Little! :D)
