brad appears both in resident evil 2 and 3. in the third part his a part of the story wile in the 2nd part his just a bonus acheavment. if you manage in some miraculas way to get to the police station in scenario A on the hardest difficulty without picking up anything brad will appear down the stairs after getting to the police house were there normaly would be nothing but one herb. he stamina is double the normal zombies and if you manage to kill him you'll get a key to the dark room locker.
