Paint tool sai is it different from photoshop?

@ChibiOsaka21 Quite. They are similar but Photoshop is more generic, does a lot of things well. Paint Tool Sai is more specific and only does one thing well, lineart and coloring lineart. Though it is probably one of the best tools for that job :3
