I posted the link to your channel. Take a look at it. Anti-riot guard are standing their without shooting them and people throw stone on them. If they were allowed to shoot. They would have shot them sooner before they approach them, before letting them get them. Also there is another video which shows people after approaching them, beat them. I'll find that video and post it too.
