Ew. Theory crafting. First things first, not EVERYBODY is going to play a Death Knight. Yes, it's a new class and presents exciting new game play, but there are plenty of players who enjoy their current characters to worry about creating one.
Also, Blizzard is renowned for the BALANCED game play. Death Knights are going to be just as balanced as every other class out there. Don't theory craft until you play the class.
1st of all, what class are you? 2ndly Blizzard don't make overpowered classes. That's just an excuse whiney people make if they can't play. Why do you think Death knights are gonna be overpowered? Unless you can come up with something solid then your just flapping your mouth for the sake of it. And warlocks and shamans arn't overpowered at all. I have played both and I honestly don't think so. I am sure Death Knights are gonna be in the same league as paladins and warriors.
What are the songs? I googled the last one but can't find lyrics to match and the first isnt much to go on. lolz. And warlocks are so not overpowered. For sheer destructiveness in instant ranged damage you can't beat a mage. I have a lvl 8 mage and think it could beat my lvl 12 warlock. Not taking into account pet but still.. Just started for those wondering why I'm so low btw. No class is overpowered and never will be. If anything, some classes will be underpowered from "balance".

they made it so there can only be 1 DK per account or realm not sure but you still have to have a lvl 55 or higher

Actually, that isn't true. You just need a level 55 character, then you can make one Death Knight per realm.

from what ive seen ,
and heared ,
the beginning of being a deathknight is verry cruel ,
fight villagers that dont fight back , turturing ,
etc etc ..
i myself have no problem with this , but i just know allot of people wil not be a DK for this reason
