They weren't too bad to get off. Just grab a hair dryer and heat it up. Might want to get some goo-gone or something like it to remove the residue.

@dtmbcorp The bike had plenty of power for what it was! WOT from 1st to 2nd gear easily lifted the front wheel off a few inches.
I sold my Ninja back around April or May and I just got a new bike a few days ago. It is a 99 CBR 600 F4. I'll definitely get a video of it soon enough.
The CBR is extremely easy to ride. Similar to the Ninja I might add. Just a TON of more power. haha
