  • amazing progress. Keep it up. I've seen that book at the bookstore and I loved it and thought as that it was great. They had one geared towards kids. You know I guess for parents who wanted to help keep their kids healthy as well. But yea, great update! Keep kicking butt!

  • I like the idea of a WRITTEN journal versus everyones digital ones, or logging it online. Makes it more pliable to be able to see pages and pages, makes it more 'heavy' if that makes sense. I think I need to start writing everything down!

  • Yes and you can take it with you whereever you go.. :o) I can't take my computer with me.. I find it makes me feel secure in the fact that I'm in my Weight loss range. and by doing so i'm Insureing a loss every week.. As long as my body allows fot it :o)

  • stars are for my goals .. Silver for my water intake . Green for my diet weight loss calorie range . Pink for my Cardio goal 20 min per day or 140 min a week. Gold for my strength training
