I have a question; is it normal for the weight plates to be so small? It must be harder to pick up off the ground that way then if they were 45 size, right?
I think it was mostly due to the implements being fairly heavy to begin with by themselves (around 120 or so) is why they ended up using the smaller plates. It definitely makes a slightly tougher pull from the ground initially though.
Excellent work Viking Alex! The combination of the speed from the 300 metres at the Academy, and the strength from your weights, made you simply unstoppable, like the terminator! Excellent! =)
Awesome!
