@robertoortiz85 My mom has an 05GT 5spd it is underpowered, I beat it in my altima easy. Go run a 5.0 and see what happens. A 13.8 1/4 mile isnt that impresive man. I can hit low 12ss in my sti with only bolt ons stock turbo...
@jrser561 I like it but it deffinitly isnt as comfortable as the altima was. It is easier to make faster and better for auto-xing which is what I mostly do. I also needed a car I could take out in the deep snow so the sti was what I felt my best option.

actually mustang dybos read lower number.take it to a dyno jet and u will see higher numbers...mustang dyno goes by load so if the load is wrong ur numbers will be wrong
That dyno comes in kinda high for measuring wheel horsepower, that looks more like Flywheel horsepower but hey I'm all for big numbers, I own a 2007 3.5SE 6-spd and I hope smithtown isnt too far away from rockland county :)
flywheel horsepower should be 260 stock so with mods it should be higher (i know you know that since ive seen your posts on nissanclub). it was 250whp and then after being SAE corrected for weather and elevation it was 240whp. I was surprised myself as you hear in the video but this place is very reputable and known for shooting out low numbers.. You are about an hour and half away from smithtown and about 45 min away from me. You should roll through a meet one day.
@DeebsR6 It has been heavily theorized that the SE-R is underrated in stock form, so the numbers would make sense. I've seen SE-R's keeping up with the 287 HP 350Z's and G35's, so you have to wonder.

The only thing i know of doing to help is higher octane. So my octane is normally around 99 or 100. I get more power, better gas mileage, and I think the motor likes it better too.
Ive got headers but I dont like them. Im gonna try and get technosquares re-flash to and swap out my headers for cattmans that way there is no more sel and the quality is like 2x better then the custom job i got.
3rd gear pulls? Also, was it you that posted on the forums of the funky tranny shifting on the way home? Did you try pulling the negative terminal off for a few minutes and hooking it up again?
I believe it was fourth gear he did my pull in. That was my friends car that had the problem but his intake actually fell off so his maf was gettin all these wierd reading its all fixed no though
I love the ser altimas. Good looking cars. I have a 06 evolution that I will never get rid of. Its up to 417 hp now. Can you still killer.
