No, the worst fatalites are the KAF from Armageddon. Say what you want about MK vs DC Fatalities, but at least each character had 2 unique fatalies. In MK Armageddon all 60+ characters had the same lame fatality combination that consisted of ripping off the head or limbs. It got tedious real quick. The only decent finshers in MK Armageddon where the stage fatalities. When the stage fatalities are the best finishers in an MK game, you know you're in trouble.

I think Kabal's Scary Face is the worst fatality. Why? Because it doesn't even qualify as a fatality, which is at the very miminum causing physical damage to your opponent. Kano's fatality in MK Vs DC, as bad as it was, actually causes physical damage. Kratos's second fatality, as tame as it was, also caused physical damage. With Kabal, there is no physical damage. The soul runs out of the body. That's it.

How that was #9 is beyond me.

Mortal Kombat sort of fizzled out after the releases of MK3U, MKSZU, and MKT. I mean 4? That lowered the heat intensity by turning their image mapped sprites with unrealistic polygon based sprites. Mortal Kombat had a good run until Midway declared chapter 11 bankruptcy during the work on the DC colab with WB. I mean the MK reboot looks decent, but the one that looks like the A-Team on steroids is the worst one of all of the MK series.

I would be still playing MK for like decades to come.
