Solid work! Her and her husband are great and tough as nails. Something cool to try when training with the Aerodyne is tabatas switching back and fourth from targeting mits. It cool how much faster your hand speed gets as you get further into the rounds even though your gassed from doing the Aerodyne right before. The key is to go full out on the Aerodyne.

i live in san diego county. Cyborg trains and instructs at a club called the Arena in san diego which is near the SD sports arena. You can join this club for 75 bucks a month. i would do it but i live 35 miles from this club. If you live in san diego you should consider this club.
