So many great Steely Dan songs, but I really think Black Cow is their best. Perfectly crafted, smooth as cream, and the back up vocals are cosmic. Fagan never sounded better. The instrumental starting at 2:48 is a delight. So outrageous.
This is called REAL MUSIC, not your fucktard brainfart gangster rap gibberage senseless dope crap that has no emotion, spirit,no happy sound,no sad sound,NOT FUCKIN ANYTHING IN YOUR GARBAGE. Mistake generation noise I call it not music is great case for much better Birth Control measures...I prefer this style of music on it's worst day, than that sick dead depressing noise on it's best day.
@gauchebag Those niggas happen to be Lord Tariq and Peter Gunnz with the "Uptown Anthem" from 98' fully sanctioned by Lords Fagen and Becker!!!! This nigga happens to be the one who banged your sister behind the Sunoco last night.........................bitch!
@gauchebag "Yes we are the Godwhackers, who rip and chop and slice. For crimes beyond imagining it's time to pay the price. You better step back son, give the man some whacking space. You know this might get messy Godwhackers on the case"
"Who is this gauchebag amigo? By definition someone lacking social experience or grace, not tactful. Never before have I seen such a perfect summation of someone. Come play with me. You fucked up big time PAL.
Aja by Steely Dan and Living On A Fault Line by the Doobie Brothers were the most refreshing new albums to come out on the music store shelves in September 1977. I bought both that month on 8 track tape.
WHERE THE FUCK IS "COUNTDOWN TO ECSTASY" "Bodhisattva" "Razor Boy" "The Boston Rag" "Your Gold Teeth" "Show Biz Kids" "My Old School" "Pearl of the Quarter" "King of the World" I know I know petty. You are awesome none the less though My man! Top notch tune tune here bro .Of the highest caliber. I don't mean to come across like some type of Peter Griffin whos knowledge of the rock group KISS is superior to that of others though no one can out Steely Dan me
When this starts off, I can't help but to recall Peter Guns spitting flame over the sample of this song! But, the original is a very good song as well! Love how Steely Dan gets down on a song. They were/are (one of the two) one of the best bands out there, them white boys got soul!
Great quality sound thanks.
