  • Good job, but it's not about how often you hit the gym, it's about how well you do it. Your muscles need 48-72h of rest after a work-out for optimum growth!

    Oh well...If you do train every single day to just 2 parts of your body your muscles still DO have 48-72 hours to rest...since that way you dont do the same workout in 3-4 days...

    And other than that...to all the haters: this guy is obviously ektomorph,so visually he is progressing really slowly...I bet that after 5 years of workout he would surprise many of us that how much a body like that can lift...

I am 106 pounds 5' 9" and i work out about 3 days a week with and iron gym and some dumbells, but i hardly eat all day because got kicked out of school, and when you wake up at 12:00pm everyday you hardly feel hungry. I comsume about 1200 calories a day, but soon i will start a workout routine, but I'm not going to diet, I'm going to try to consume at least 2300 calories, not including the supplements I'm going to take. Can you please give me some advice .

  • @C0UCHL0CKED First, don't sleep as much, wake up early have a good breakfast, you need to eat if you're are going to workout b/c you will burn more calories working out and then you won't gain muscle. Second, you are really small and anerexic looking hence you're 109 at 5'9" so buy protein, I recommend 100% whey protein gold standard, take one scoop in the morning when you wake up or after your breakfast and one after your workout in the day. Also matters how old you are, you should get creatine
