@fr0ber I never said Hawking is pointless, I said he is overrated, which he is. And I think Einstein, Bohr and Feynmann made worthy contributions in the name of science, but Hawking is overrated. My feeling is that there hasn't been anyone worthy of being called a genius since Einstein's time, and everyone else is regurgitating everything he proposed, including Hawking. The best he has is that the horizon of a black hole grows with time? Is he fucking serious? That's almost shy of common sense.
