  • I love it - but there are different kinds of BPD - dont forget that

  • @Karolin66

subtypes of BPD Discouraged borderline — including avoidant, depressive or dependent features Impulsive borderline — including histrionic or antisocial features Petulant borderline — including negativistic (passive-aggressive) features Self-destructive borderline — including depressive or masochistic features

Hope this helps with questions about different kinds of BPD people :)

  • This video is perfect thank you x3

  • Wooow ,, I think I have it!!

  • I really didn't think anyone understood. Thank you. I can go on for a bit longer now.

  • Fantastic! *_*

  • Wow that's the better video I've seen about BPD

Really representative with a bit of humour !!!

My boyfriend has reconise himself in Mr Nice XD

    Thx for this video !!!!

  • This was the greatest video I've seen on youtube about this. You are very funny and creative.

  • <3 this was beautiful. I am a work in progress.have always been passive aggressive. Stayed away from getting too close with people because I dont trust myself and I hate seeing people in pain.

  • Yeaahh, come and talk to us other suffers on Mapofmates!!

  • heheh amazingly great! My gf is exactly like Bill and I like Bill;) Bravooo!

  • Broken relationships 2 failed marriages the 2nd let me believe id finally succeed @suicide. I know 2 well of a brkn heart. Sorry wadsworth.

  • You guys should come and join us other sufferers at mom (mapofmates . com).

  • I've tried replying to ur comment twenty times I think it is too long. I'm sorry. I did not mean to upset u. I often say things how I do not mean them. I wish I could post everything...

  • WoW!!! As a Borderline, I was highly entertained by this cartoon instead of offended. This was pure talent. When i watch the other BPD videos on youtube I get so sad, but it was nice to be able to smile at my living hell. Reading through the comments I seen we have some haters. Little do they know they have more than likely crossed a Borderlines path and have been awe-stricken, because that is what we do. Then we leave arrogant people like that curled up in the corner crying for their mommy.

  • @KittyCatRoxx Do you think it's big and clever to leave people in the corner crying? Because that is what Borderlines tend to do to people, arrogant or otherwise. Borderlines just hurt people and don't give a shit. And I'm not a hater, just someone who has loved a Borderline, which nearly destroyed me.

  • @rottenwordsworth @rottenwordsworth On the contrary, Borderlines can hurt people and feel intense guilt for their actions which are beyond their rational control. When you have suffered abuse, you do find it hard to consider other people's emotions when you are fighting for your own life each day and night. You have to put yourself first. That's what everyone in this world does anyway. It's just that some people had caring parents who put them first as children. ...>

  • @mrlaa1 <... Others have to find a way to cope without. We do give a shit, but we just wish someone gave a shit about us sometimes! And you shouldn't think that all borderlines are the same either. But I understand how it would destroy you.

  • @rottenwordsworth you obviously didnt love them then. slash grow some balls.

  • This video is DEAD ON ACCURATE especially considering my sense of humor. I have BPD and I have shown this to all in my life to help them understand!!! <3 it!

  • Very good! I found this very funny in a twisted self-mockingly way. You should make more, Bill is a great character. I would love to watch more cartoons based upon the hardship of Bill struggling with BPD.

  • Awww poor Buffalo Bill. It was very entertaining to watch....which is odd as I have BPD.

  • I'm a Borderline Bill...

  • Just want to say I used this in a class presentation today--everyone loved it! Thanks!

  • Thank you. You have made me laugh at my own illness...which is always a good thing

  • I've actually suffered OCD, depression, anxiety attacks, dissociative disorder, personality disorder and boredism. Hypnosis cured it, never took medications and i've never experienced any of them ever again. I vote hypnosis over drugs, way healthier and better financially. :D

  • pray you dont meet one of these people and develope any type of feelings for them they will destroy you .

  • @monkeydomonkey Yeah, because bdp is so shitty sometimes destroyind is the only thing you have and learned to do

  • @monkeydomonkey I intentionally don't start any relationships to prevent other people getting hurt by my own BPD. Its pretty lonely but my impulsive behaviors keep me entertained I do all the stuff people don't do. Heh BPD pushed me out the skydive community.

  • AMAZING! Made me laugh, yet a very good way to tell someone about BPD! The person/people who made this are highly talented!

  • a great , light hearted way to view a debilitating illness, this is a great vid, i loved it

  • This was so cute, I laughed and then started to cry afterwards. Damn you bdp!

  • i watch this like everyday. i am borderline bill

  • I have watched this a million times and this is the first time that I noticed her changing from nice to slut when she waves her hand. I love this video

  • I love this so much!!!! And I have bpd

  • Love the delivery, however the text bites were either too small or moved too fast to catch. . .:)

  • this is great, thanks

  • Wow, not only is the animation very well done and the story very nicely handled, that's a great version of "Maple Leaf Rag". You're quite the talent, sir.

  • I have BPD and I loved it. Thankyou so much

  • Interesting video though it is hard to list the qualities of a person through one diagnosis and I feel some were not accurate. It was almost a bit patronising as I do have BPD and feel some of the points were not accurate or portrayed correctly but it's a fine starting point for people who want some information.

  • maybe the world is sick not me

  • I have BPD and this made me sad lol

  • ....i think this sounds exactly like me, but i cant say anything to my doctor..because ive managed to hide all of the bad stuff i do from my dr for about 3 years..hah..

  • i wanna die,

    good film

  • This is a great video! thank you so much Ofir, Im using it for a personality disorder presentation, ( I made sure I referenced your work loll)

  • -sigh-

  • LOVE IT!!!

  • Entertaining, informative, and most strikingly full of talent, down to the music. Thanks for acknowledging this usually dreary subject. Laughter is one of the Skills that can reduce painful emotions, and help to handle times of stress [every 12-15 minutes].

  • I recently looked this up and I matched it almost exactly. I read some journals I use to write and they were exactly like this video. I honestly don't know how to go about getting diagnosed, I was going to meditation and that was helping a lot.

  • thank you! :)

  • Awesome!

  • I love it! No, I hate it. Arg! I'm gonna go cut myself...

  • @subtrafusel I agree with you on this. I think men tend to have a quieter form and that they are more successful in their suicide attempts and so never get help. I dislike this video; I don't think it covers the variety of aspects of BPD very well, just the stereotypical behaviours. I was previously diagnosed with BPD but with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, I no longer fit the criteria.

  • this is just so true

  • כל הכבוד.

  • as a sufferer of BPD, i found this rather accurate (except of coarse for the shooting of the spouse =\) a good depiction of the severity of the disorder.

  • One word comes to mind. COMPASSION, towards anyone who suffers from BPD ...There can be no other way trust me ...Use Compassion ...

  • rip amy winehouse

  • 1:36 - That was me, 5 months ago. xD Yes I have BPD.

  • I need help im getting worse

  • Creativity A+

    Accuracy of Information B+

Seems like you wrote this with a specific person in mind, because some of the examples were very specific and not prevalent. Great job!

  • That was wonderful :)

  • watch"RUN FROM THE CURE"I think this can help with BPD

  • i'm from Poland. I have it too. This film is about me and how stupid and funny is whole of my life....for someone else , not for me , unfortunately.

for me is exacly as annoying as for this doggy... and my bahoviors are as strong as his... Request to autor.... make similar film with anserw how win with this disease...

  • I think the 'Hardest Basket' is spot on!!

  • good job on the video!

  • This something what machinima or collegehumor would like to make.

  • 1:35 is the reason I was sent to drug rehab xD

  • 3:44 - 4:12 is what i feel like every day now

  • loved it! <3

  • I laughed so hard! It's the comical way of looking at my life. I love it! Thank you!!

  • This is a wonderful video, thank you so much for making this!

  • This is amazing. Just two things: I'm a 32yr old man with BPD, not only do I think it affects mostly young women, but older women and older men alike. It's actually thought to perhaps be 50/50 these days despite what the DSM IV says (which is aging) but young men and especially older men tend not to get diagnosed. THE DSM IV says it's 75%f, 25%m but I think men don't get dx'd. Also, I don't cry much at all and even if I'm about to I can force myself not to. I laugh inappropriately, though. A lot

  • @subtrafusel I love it though, don't get me wrong. I just dislike how I and many other men feel overlooked. It's brilliant and very accurate as well as humorous. If I choose to send anyone in my family info on it this is what I'll be sending first. Makes a nice, non-dramatic but informative first impression. Only my mom and wife know that I have it, and only my wife knows anything about it. I'm still deciding on if I send my computer-illiterate mom any info on BPD. I'm very guarded about it.

  • I love this video! I watch it whenever I start to feel bad. Been diagnosed with BPD for a little over a year now.

  • יש גירסה בעיברית?

  • @4tem לצערי אין, מצטער

  • I have BPS, and this made me laugh so hard! This made my day (for as long I can hold that feeling ;)) !

  • @kenkerhond1 thank you so glad to hear :)

  • funny version of my disorder, i like it ^^

  • I meet every single One of the diagnosis criteria, but they still won't help because I'm not 18 yet

  • I have bpd, and this video is both accurate, and hilarious. I love the fact it's lighthearted as well so it doesn't make us feel like freaks haha!!!

  • WoW! This nearly brought me tears... Loved it!

  • absolutely awesome, funny, creative and accurate! I loved it!

  • thats what i've got!!!

  • this is me in a nut shell, excellent video, and very funny.

  • best revision I have ever done.

  • Thanks for this.

  • I have Bpd, This was the first video that made me laugh. You're amazing, I loived every bit of it. I cried and Laughed. This should win an award and I bet it will! ty ty ty, I love it sooo much. If anyones having trouble reading it all just pause it a second. its not a problem really..:)

  • Amazing!

  • tried to keep up with the read and got pissed at you.

  • It would be a laugh, if it wasn't a cry. BPD is a most serious threat - especially for those who have to cope with a BPD-person. BPD-people can literally infect you with their insanity and blow your mind! So whenever you come across a BPDguy: You'd better take a French leave!

  • @GeistigFit .Please dont tar us all with the same brush

  • @GeistigFit I can only imagine how hard it is to live with and support a person with BPD, but please try to remember it is not your partners fault this has happened to him. I wish you both the best and hope you guys get through it.

  • @GeistigFit you have right, if i will be on another side i will never be with somebode like me. but if i have to live...i have to be with somebady who love me or i lost contact with reality

  • Good, witty animation style and easy for us laymen to understand. More, please!

  • I loved this, please do one on bipolar disorder. Excellent job

  • thanks ! I like this way better then the sad goth videos....so many of us are appearing on line now ! Makes me feeL better ! we are not aLone !

  • haha loved it, am actually going to use it in my Psychology class project =)

  • Wow that just covered the last 33 years of my life married to a man with BPD

  • <3 hebrew and Israelis

  • This is brilliant. I've showed this to all of my friends and family who don't understand what I'm going through. Thank you so much for making this.

  • I absolutely LOVE this! Made me really laugh... going to share it with my other friends who have BPD. Thank you for making it, you're very gifted!

  • ahahahaha this was funny

  • this was so awesome, I can now explain BPD without looking like a psycho. Loved this!

  • great video - it made me laugh at some points :o)

  • Wow. Hilarious and spot on! I don't like someone understanding me so well though...

  • Wow... you don't get enough recognition. Besides that, you're highly competent in animation and script. Very good job!

And Now, I'm going to make some art... cuz apparently I have this.

  • You are talented! I like the animation.

  • i have this disorder

  • So cute:)

  • fantastic work!

  • This is so great! This video shows bpd very well and it's so full of emotions, the end was especially good. What a great video! Actually, all of your videos are amazing, and you are an amazing person.

    Greets from a borderliner :)

  • Yay for kind piano-playing baby cuddlers!

  • Strangly accurate, while having a whimsical feel at the same time.

  • amazing! good job on the video!!

  • I had to take out a protective order and spent several months of my life in fear because of my (what I thought of at the time) misfortune with coming into contact with a person with BPD. Now that more time has passed, I can look on the disorder with a little less biased position, and I think and it really must be difficult to live with, I wish there was a better treatment for it/that the disorder wasn't itself so resistant to treatment.

This video portrays it sensitively and perfectly!

  • this is my daughter. thank you.

  • genius

  • AWESOME!

  • wow this was like watching my life flash before my eyes... like no joke...

  • very informative, thanks for taking the time.

  • Wow. Brilliant.

Unconditional love "helps" those with BPD, but as few people aside from parents are willing to give this kind of love for any significant amount of time, it may seem like nothing helps. But it does help.

  • @JLoveBomb My ex-girlfriend has BPD. She broke my heart severely by refusing to ever speak to me again, because I got angry with her after she threatened to hit me and told me she could have me in a fight. I offered her unconditional love, but she didn't want it. I told her parents that I loved their daughter unconditionally, but they told me to fuck off and leave them alone. They clearly have BPD too. They don't need, want or deserve unconditional love.

  • very informative, gosh this seems so rough on a person

  • @boneration Someone's a tad butthurt, now are they? Also, please keep you and your brain cell off of youtube.

  • @boneration There is no such thing as a valueless person. Away with you.

  • fantastico bhuahahahhahah

  • This is amazing!

  • Ofir, It's brilliant. you're brilliant !

  • @yondon יונתן ארוסי! תודה!

  • Brilliantly creative.

  • מגניב אופיר!!

  • @bgroni תודה!

  • This is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for putting it in terms easy for retards like me to understand.

  • מעולה (אנחנו גם יודעים לפרגן) :))

  • @shkallir אם רק היינו יודעים לסרוג

  • PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE???? :)

  • CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE ONE ABOUT OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER OR MORE CARTOONS LIKE THIS???? PRETTY PLEASE????

  • @1989DaVinci yes, but only if you say pretty please again :)

well you know, if the right idea would come along i would do it.

thank you very much for liking it

  • This was quite frankly fantastic. I love the video that you posted this in response to as well. I think this is what I could actually show someone to explain to them what BPD means. Like my parents after I saw a psychologist and got diagnosed I couldn't explain it so I waited but I think I can use this to accurately portray it.

    Such an amazing job!

  • @Disaresta51 thank you very much
