NOTHING wrong with the sound of the guitar, or the guitar playing, or the fiddling.

I'd like a little more wood tone on the fiddle (just my personal preference).

Voice is very good, but the rhythm of the vocal meanders at times. I know it seems like a simple song, but I do think it's a bit harder to perform than most because of the difference in the rhythms of the melody and the accompaniment. I actually think Tom P.'s phrasing was a little awkward on this song at times.

It is a tribute to Tom that people love his song so much that evreyone has covered it. The best cover? You guys are pretty good, I like Mary Hopkin on her "Recollections" Album it's sweet and true to Tom's vision.
